don meyers A Huge Thank you to Darrell Tripp and crew. Im a week away from a 2 week ski vacation back to Idaho, Wyoming and Montana. A deer runs into my truck on the passenger side. It jacks up the hood and the length of the passenger side of my new 2021 Chevy Colorado... Most concerning is the passenger head light. Its busted open. I called Gold Rush Chevy in Auburn and was told Chevy doesnt make replacement headlights yet, your truck is to new. I file a claim with my insurance company and they have 3 recommendations for body shops. I check customer reviews and Tripps was at the top of their list. I take it to Tripps, Darrell greets me and does a thorough walk around the truck and takes photos. I told him about my upcoming trip and that I cant get a replacement headlight. He calmly says, let me make a few phone calls. 5 minutes later he tells me Hows 3 oclock sound. I reply for what? To have a replacement headlight here so you can go on your trip! I literally get up and bow several times in appreciation. He replaced the headlight the next day and off I go on vacation. I brought it to the shop upon return and they began work on it. They kept me posted on progress and it was delivered on time in GREAT condition. I would Highly recommend Tripps Auto Body if you are in need of their service. Their repair even met the approval of Cleopatra the Wonder Lab! Thanks again Darrell and Tripps Auto Body Crew. Job Well Done!!!

Albert Portillo John at Advantage Automotive is a busy man. However, he is a good communicator and excellent owner operator. Should you plan on visiting the shop, be sure to make an appointment. My 2008 Lexus ES350 was leaking coolant. I delivered it to John and he diagnosed and repaired the leaking water pump in a matter of days. I do recommend Advantage Automotive for the repair and service of your vehicles, just be patient. Thank you, John, for the service. Best regards.

drae Roadrunner has worked on my Lexus in the past and did a terrific job at a reasonable price. This time my Nissan truck needed a smog certificate -- dropped the car off at the appointed time, took a walk around the block, and the job was completed when I returned. This is a very ethical company that does excellent work. I will continue to bring my Lexus SC430 and Nissan truck in for any and all repairs.Thanks for the terrific service!

Evan Ross Murphy Spencer the owner is helpful and knowledgeable and treats his workers well, (closed Friday after 40 hr week) the kind of guy who gets things done for neighbors and who elders can trust. Two such patrons came in while I was there, one elder woman was there for what seemed like reassurance with a recent fix and maybe a hug, and another gentleman lamenting that he had lost his job recently and might need help. Spencer listened with care and helped both, while easing their worries, he had my radiator repaired in an hour and a half to keep me going to work the following day and he has helped me many times. In a world where it’s hard to know who to trust, Spencer here is one of the good guys.

Youngers Residential I wish I could give more stars. The furnace in my 5th wheel quit working so I called RV Solutions. Mike returned my call within 15 minutes. After a conversation and a few questions he walked me thru a few troubleshooting steps. Long story short, he helped me resolve the issue. Super nice! Super helpful. Will definitely use RV Solutions in the future!

Russell Stabler Bill is a seasoned engineer. Knowledgeable, interesting, thorough and trustworthy. A true Mensch. He pretty much rebuilt the 30 year old AC system in my van after the old system (with the old ozone eating refrigerant) blew up. Im 66 years old and can count on one hand the times someone else other than myself worked on my vehicle. However, I have never done AC systems. There was no question of his ability and integrity. His estimate was quite reasonable and I was informed on any overrun ( hoses had to be fabricated by a different skilled tradesman). Its just nice to have someone of his caliber solving the problems. Robert R Took my 78 Dodge for a smog test, They did a quick check, and saved me the time and money, since it needed repairs to pass. Nice people. Been going there since the 80s.
