Sage Witty Cut my finger off last weekend and the nurses were awesome, best time I’ve ever had in an emergency room. Kiley and Haley took great care of me the entire time i waited for surgery. Hopefully i won’t return but if i do i hope they’re working.

Abdul raziq Dr Bryan mitton is amazing. He is so much more than you find in Drs today. He is kind , thorough and informative. He makes sure you understand all your test results. Most importantly he listens to you and truly cares about your health send description on time he is always in the appointment on time I recommend you go to this place see Dr Bryan mitton

Melanie Lui Received good care the ER at Temecula Valley Hospital while on a trip to CA from Hawaii. However, the billing (Laperouse) for the the ER doctor sucks! They sent me a bill for the full amount. When I called they said they did not have my health insurance info (dual coverage). I gave them the info. A month later they send me a "Final Notice" bill for the full amount. Fortunately, I called my insurance carrier and they said a claim was in process. When I called Laperouse, the guy said to just disregard the bill. Hoping that the claim goes through soon and that I dont hear again from the billing company!

Maryann Maguire The very best urgent care experience I’ve ever had! Every single member of the staff was so nice. They took such good care of me and they were so through with my testing and really helped me. I was able to breathe better after leaving the office.I’ve never had such a wonderful experience with urgent care. This is the only place I will go for my family and myself. I would give 10 starts if I could! Thank you to all of the staff they are excellent!!!

Richard Herberger The staff are very professional. Ryan is an excellent provider and cares for each and every patient that he comes in contact with. I am blessed to have found this group. Also Mike is amazing at what he does always ensuring patients are taken care of

Carla Rosa I work in an ER so i avoid hospitals cause i see how staff treats people and that makes me not want to go! But today i went to southwest for the first time and had a great experience from beginning to end! Its literally been 10 years since i had been in an ER! The nurses were so helpful and patience and especially nice! Made me feel comfortable! All hospitals are currently so busy but they treated me with priority either way got me in and out of there! Saw the PA Tom also great! I wish i had gotten the nurses names they were both so sweet and helpful!

Freedom Rescue, Inc Our Director ended up having to go to the ER here and they were absolutely wonderful. It didn’t hurt that they weren’t busy, but they took systematic steps and kept things moving. For in, Taken care of, and out rather fast. Truly appreciate their staff and the hospital itself

Samantha Hunt Today was our first visit, took my 18 month old in for her check up. Front office was welcoming, kind, and professional when we checked in. Didnt wait long. Doctor Winter was awesome! Very nice and good with my kids. I also had my 3 year old with me and Doctor Winter involved him too. You can tell he actually cares about your child, he made the visit fun for my kids and he was very professional. Arrived at 9:30 am and was out by 10:30 am. Id definitely recommend this office and Doctor Winter. Thank you!!
