5 /5 Charlotte Fonua: I’m from Oakland and I took my car for an oil change and found out that I have a leak underneath my car. I called around and also googled any car shop that fixes my problem. I called this shop they were opened on a Sunday and dont close late. Long story short I took my car in and was told $180 for diagnosis and they were pretty professional, upfront honest about the problem. I was impressed and awe by their commitment and service. I highly recommend them. They are knowledgeable and understand what quality work means. They act and move likewise. You will not be let down. Pretty impressive service especially if you’re looking for a car shop that is trustworthy! You’ll be in good hands!

5 /5 Adriano De Fusco: Had a great experience. My 2018 BMW leaked all of its coolant and was lucky this place was down the street and open so late on a Sunday. Aside from the great working hours that make it possible to cooperate outside of office work hours they were also very experienced with the issue and had it diagnosed, parts ordered and fixed in two days. Sunny and John did a great job keeping me in the loop of what was going on over text sending pictures along the way.

5 /5 Emily Christianson: I can’t say enough great things about Specialized Auto Care and Sunny in particular. From start to finish, he was fantastic to work with; genuine, communicative, and honest. He took on a major project on my car that was both time-consuming and labor-intensive, and throughout the entire 3-week process, he kept me regularly updated with photos and clear explanations. That level of transparency and care is rare. What really stood out to me was how thoughtful Sunny is. He even called the day after I picked up my car to see how it’s running. It’s clear he is a hard worker and also genuinely cares about his customers I’ll absolutely continue coming back here for any future issues. Highly recommend!

5 /5 Jin Han: The service here was truly exceptional. Around 6 p.m. on a Sunday, I stopped by Stanford University when my tire suddenly went flat. Thankfully, this place was open until 8 p.m. even on a Sunday, which was an incredible help. They quickly replaced the flat with a spare tire and only charged for the repair, allowing me to get home safely. I returned on Monday to have the new tire installed. To my surprise, they even found a more affordable tire than the one they had quoted on Sunday and gave me a discount. As a first-time driver, I had no idea what to do in a situation like this, and I’m so grateful for the support and kindness I received. I wholeheartedly and enthusiastically recommend this place.
