5 /5 Shelby Smith: Amazing! I saw Rose for a color correction, after having my hair turned orange by another stylist at a different salon, and she absolutely went above and beyond to fix the mess I came in with. I left feeling like myself again, nearly identical to the inspiration photo. Not an easy feat with the canvas I showed up with! She was kind, knowledgeable and so attentive to detail. Overall, the salon has a welcoming and sunny vibe, and the plus of having two sweet shop puppies!

5 /5 Ayelet Klein: Visited this salon a few weeks ago, and I absolutely love my new haircut! Michelle was amazing—so attentive and really understood what I wanted. She gave me a cut that looks great and is super low-maintenance, which is perfect since I don’t style my hair. Everyone there was so friendly and welcoming. I couldn’t recommend this place enough! Michelle truly made my day!

5 /5 Susan White: Since I moved to the Bay Area, I have tried many different salons and never found one that I loved as much as my previous salon. I have had my hair cut twice now by Darci and I will definitely keep going back. She listened to what I wanted and made my hair look even better than the pictures I showed her. The salon is also light and spacious and booking an appointment is easy.

5 /5 Camila Schiavon: I went to Social Salon in Palo Alto and I was first assisted by Marissa, a very polite lady that asked me my name and said to wait for my appointment, in that moment she offered me drinks and I thought that treatment was a very special one! After that, I met ROSE, and I already can say: She’s the BEST hair stylist that I ever had! She was above and beyond my expectations. She truly knows how to change someone self-esteem!! We had a start conversation about my highlights and she asked me how I wanted it done and what were my thoughts. She was very understanding and I felt she wanted to see me happy but in the same time she was very professional and explained what would be the best for my hair in that moment. She made sure we were in the same page, and I really enjoyed the way she talked to me - very assertive. All my friends gave me tons of compliments! They said that was the best highlights I ever had!!! I totally recommend Rose and I’m looking forward to go back and be treated like a Princess again!!!

At my balayage appointment, Darci blended the color beautifully, giving me that effortless, and sun-kissed look I was hoping for. Since I naturally have curly hair, Marissa recommended doing a Brazilian treatment afterward to smooth out the frizz and make my hair more manageable. The treatment left my hair feeling incredibly smooth and polished, perfect for highlighting Darci’s amazing work. I gotten so many compliments on my dream hairstyle! The staff at Social Salon is super knowledgeable and welcoming, making each visit feel nurturing and refreshing. I always leave feeling fabulous! Highly recommend if you’re looking to enhance your color and enjoy a sleek, polished finish or if you need some self care/TLC this is the salon to go to!!
