4 /5 Delia Dooley: When I was checked in for my appointment, I was serviced right away. I liked that they made me feel welcomed. Henry did my full set mani, which he did an amazing job and even gave me a nice hand massage at the end. I enjoyed my pedicure as well. I didnt catch my pedicurists name though but I give her credit. She got down. I did notice the cleanliness or lack there of was not up to my standards for nail salons especially during this pandemic. I think any place with a lot of people coming in and out should be extra clean during this time. They are very busy. I recommend that you make an appointment. Masks are required and they check your temperature upon arrival. They also have plexiglass surrounding every station. Overall I had a great experience. I just think they can or should do better at cleaning between clients. They also had cobwebs around their cameras which I think they should take the time to clean as they do have very nice light covers.

1 /5 Cass Stone: walked in and noticed it wasn’t clean . That’s when I should’ve left . She Did not use any primer for the polish . Just slapped it onto my toes . And yes my TOES . Not entirely on my nails Bc she spent 15 minutes taking the darn polish off my skin . I left looking like I ate hot Cheetos w my toes . Never does my toe polish chip going anywhere else but on both my big toes it’s chipping and it looks so trashy . I kept having to yank my pinky toes back from her saying “OW” bc she kept trying to bend it sideways . I will say the other ladies who welcomed me in were nice

5 /5 Julie Parker: Ive been going to this salon for 14 years. I dont even live in the IE anymore. I drive all the way from OC because I wont go anywhere else. Im very picky and Tina does it right every time. Looking through other reviews, I see people complaining about things and it just makes me shake my head. People coming in after you were seen first? Thats because they made an appointment. They "rushed" you out with wet nails? In all the years Ive been going, Ive never seen anyone rushed out. Ever. They routinely shake their heads at me because I always try to leave before my nails are dry. Its not super fancy and they dont serve mimosas... thats why its not stupid expensive like a lot of other places. Make an appointment so you dont have to wait and remember that youre there to have a service provided by human beings. If theyre really busy, cut them some slack. Theyre trying their best to make everyone happy.
