5 /5 Lee Dauniika: Love the atmosphere and the congregation are so welcoming. One of the ushers at the door even greeted me with a "Bula Vinaka" Na yacaqu o Maikeli aka Michale. Very diverse. My 2nd attendance to his church and Im greatful.

1 /5 EL-NE-KE Tomassoni: This is the church where I was baptized almost 55 years ago. I attended the SDA grade school, was taught about the importance of the theological differences that separates SDAs from other religions. Somewhere amidst these important theological differences which set the SDA church apart as a "remnant people," Jesus got lost. For several years we were attending another non-Adventist church but then a special pastor at this church invited me and my partner back. He put his arms around us, embraced us, loved us unconditionally. Soon a new pastor came. WIthin a few months of his arrival, he dropped in unexpectedly. We were doing some yardwork and we invited him in. "No, I really dont have time for that. Ive been sent to ask you fellows not to return to church." Practicing forgiveness as a powerful tool, we "shook the dust off our feet" and moved on to a community of faith where we were not judged on external appearances -- a place where the real Jesus was alive and well in the hearts and minds of the congregants. My partner passed a little over 3-1/2 years ago. Very recently I tried to make a re-entry into this SDA congregation. I was discouraged from trying to become involved -- again. I can only hope that maybe there are others who have had a very different experience.

2 /5 Jiszelle Hernandez: Theres issues here concerning fakes and lack of understanding, with labels. Theres a lot to say about why I would say this, and maybe I will come back to this review to spill the facts of the matter.. But my 1st sentence sums up my observational experience, and a fair warning to completely honest devoted Christians. My warning is beware of getting come up off of, secluded, placed and stepped on if you have insecurities that you wear on your sleeve. Thats how my experience felt for me. And i was treated like an enemy when i desperately needed fellowship and help. I gave this review an extra star bc I know there are ppl here that want God, and the religion itself believes in biblical principles; they just dont practice humble behavior... The SDA church is the church I fell in love with God in, when I was 9 years old, in the Sacramento area. I will always have the highest respect for the general church, just not the local SR church.
