Sylvia Castner They gave me excellent medical care. But I wish I knew the doctors names I still dont know. The room I had on third floor with rehab the ac didnt work I would sweat badly at night couldnt sleep and got rashes in my lower areas of my body. But the nurses were so good and caring for me everyday. The phone was broken for the wall the bracket was broken not there. The rehab therapists were all excellent and helped me alot. But over all the experience was good

Leah Basinais I always have a great experience with Dr. Reddy. She is kind, compassionate, and really takes time with you. But today, I also want to shout out Olivia from the front desk. There was an older gentleman in the lobby who was waiting for his wife, and he clearly had some memory issues. Olivia asked him about his life, Listened to his stories, really engaged with him, and kept him occupied while his wife was receiving care. It was truly magical to watch her, Olivia, thank you for your care of that gentlemen, he was lucky you were there today!

Jorge Endara At every level of my surgery experience, everyone was positive, helpful, and friendly. We were escorted to the surgery room by the front desk. We would have definitely gotten lost. Parking at pick up was super easy. They have a system. Communication of what to expect along with how things will go along the way was all there. I was contacted ahead of time to shore up billing. They gave me the option to prepay or pay when I get there. Knowing that was taken care was a relief. I am very impressed with my experience. Dr Pakula was my doctor. She won me over with the knowledge and confidence she portrayed of her ability to solve my medical issue. I am on day 1 of recovery from robotic assisted hernia. My mobility is surprisingly good after only one day.

Matilija Bob Just had hip replacement. Well organized hospital and wonderful people. Great Drs responsive and caring staff. and the food was good too! Getting mature maybe aint so bad.

donna allyn I give the highest commendations to UCLAs PMS Dr Bi Mo. What a 180 degree difference. Dr Mo was patient, kind, thoroughly explained my situation and his recommendations which include acupuncture, continued PT, etc. Confirmed I do not need surgery even tho a spine surgeon highly recommended it. Spent an hour reviewing my chart with Jim and me. Have a followup appt and highly recommend him.

Yana Lazzari I consider myself EXTREMELY LUCKY : in very difficult & challenging moment of my life Ive met Dr. Shahryar Ashouri ! He is my saving grace: super professional , smart, no nonsense modern Doctor with manners of an Old School Doctors from far past. Dr. Ashouri met me immediately after colonoscopy ( also UCLA),he diagnosed Stage 3 rectal cancer & worked my treatment plan. To say, I was scared & devastated, it is NOTHING! Dr. Ashouri went & sat thru my 1st chemo session, talking to me. I will be forever grateful for kindness. I went thru chemo, radiation, more chemo & First surgery. After surgery I didnt feel well at all & again my Oncologist was there to help to put me back on my feet. Each one of them told me exact same thing I know now: YOU ARE IN THE BEST HANDS ! I highly recommend Shahryar Ashouri ,MD & his team in case You need help in Hematology/Oncology .
