Pain Management Specialists

Kuster Judy (EmeraldSprite) My initial visit was with Dr Kia. Dr. Kia moved to a different position. My second pain management Dr is Dr. Othman. Both are highly recommended. They both were and are excellent Drs and concerned about my needs. I never felt rushed or nervous in any way. Thanks to them I was able to get the necessary treatment to address my pain.

Vivian R. Storrer, MD

Anonymous Dr Storrer is absolutely amazing. Start to finish. I was 15 minutes late due to a accident on the freeway and they got me into a room right away. didnt seem like they just skipped me and bumped someone else in front of me. the receptionists are super sweet, the PA who saw me before Dr Storrer came in was also super sweet and very efficient. Dr Storrer was in the room within 5 minutes, took her time to answer all questions. She was comforting and didnt seem in a rush. All in all, the best experience Ive ever had in a doctors office. I am surprised shes even taking new patients. If youre looking for a phenomenal OBGYN Dr. Storrer is the best ever.

Joseph Diehl, MD, FACMS, FAAD

Joe Berkman Appointment made and I saw a doctor on time. Did not have to wait so schedules are kept. Staff was friendly and professional. Doctor was thorough in his exam taking care of a few spots on my skin that needed further attention. Recommended.

Dr. Timothy Kuang, MD

R. Xjs All of the doctors here are the best in the county. Be honest and trust them and the results will show. Pain controlled my life for 13 yrs. Although I am still in pain, it has drastically decreased and now my quality of life has seemingly gotten better. Good luck

Troy I Mounts MD - ABOS Board Certified Orthopaedic Spine Surgeon

Pierce Lowry Prior to surgery, Dr. Mounts ensured I was more than well informed. He was always patient and kind every time I asked a question prior to getting surgery. Two weeks post surgery, I barely have a scar, my neck already feels better than it did, and Dr. Mounts and his staff check up on me weekly. This has been the best surgical experience I have ever had.

Dreamzville I used to be a receptionist for Dr. Bloom and still consider him one of the best medical providers in the area.

Adventist Health Sierra Vista: Emergency Room

Danielle Armstrong I just want to give a shout out to the night shift team that worked Monday night 4/25/2022 in the emergency room. They were extremely attentive, caring, fast, precise and just all around helpful. My 8 month baby went in there very sick with almost 106 degree fever and they worked so hard and fast to get that fever down and give her everything she needed. That is my one and only baby and you guys made me feel comfortable and confident that she was going to be ok. Thank you!

Adventist Health Twin Cities

Amanda H. Our family is incredibly grateful for the exceptional care provided by Twin Cities Hospital during my grandma’s final days. The entire team made sure she was comfortable and well cared for, advocating for her every step of the way and working directly with our insurance to ease the process during such a difficult time. A special thank you to Crystal in the DOU and Ester in Med/Surg—both of whom went above and beyond to ensure my grandma was treated with compassion and dignity. Their kindness, attentiveness, and warmth made an incredibly painful time as easy as possible for both her and our family. We truly cannot thank them enough. We also want to recognize Kim, the charge nurse in the DOU, who was so kind to us one of the nights we were there. She brought us a comfort box and took the time to talk with us, offering support when we needed it most. The team also made sure we could stay in the room with my grandma, preparing a refreshment cart, a reclining chair, and warm blankets—small gestures that made a big difference in those final moments. One piece of feedback: the case manager (I didn’t catch her name) who came in to discuss insurance changes had a tone that felt a bit cold, especially given the fragile state of my grandma. While we understand these conversations are necessary, a bit more sensitivity in those moments would have been appreciated. Overall, we are deeply thankful to Twin Cities Hospital for their care, kindness, and support during such a difficult time.
