5 /5 Audrey Gerhart: Customer service is amazing as soon as you walk in you are greeted kindly. The aesthetic of the shop is amazing very warm with a homie feel. Page help me pick out the perfect hair color and style. taking into consideration my wants but with knowledge and professionalism I dont feel I could get anywhere else. I walked out of there feeling like a beautiful new woman! Paige is amazing!

Very, very limited selection, lovely, friendly receptionist but she really didnt seem like a hair professional, not quite sure what full purpose of this location is. They had a few wigs, all for a very specific look and ethnicity, staff didnt really know product ingredients other then sales pitch, really poor lighting where I tried wig on and just not the experience, selection or education I went for. Looked up the wig I purchased online and seems like I was also over-charged? Wouldve been nice to have an actual hairdresser available to help with selection. Also didnt love that my credit card was carbon-copied.

1 /5 Empress Of Coco: Purchased a bottle of China Glaze brand polish from Sams Beauty Suppy. The polish was bad! Super! Runny! I tried to return the polish and was going to purchase the more expensive brand of OPI polish. The clerk said "unfortunately returns were not allowed," and handed me a business card with the owners contact information so I could talk to the owner. LOL. Waste of time! I told her she could keep the polish but recommended throwing it in the garbage. I went to CVS instead and purchased 2 bottles of OPI... Sams could have made more money. Instead, they get a bad review & lose a customer.
