Bryant Lee Dropped in to see if the staff could help with removing my trunk struts that I’ve had no luck in getting off. Gentleman at the front counter came out, checked out my issue, and gave me some helpful advice. Super honest and wasn’t trying to take advantage of the situation. Great guy! Would come back to actually do work on my vehicle next time I’m in the area.

Geo Avendano Juan and his team are excellent! They have been our family mechanics for many years. My family and I trust them with all of our vehicles because they are professional, honest, and they are affordable. My father in law trusts J & J Auto with his commercial vehicles as well. I give these guys 5 stars, if I could give them 10 stars I would! Great guys!

Saad Bin Arshad I took a used vehicle I wanted to buy and had Jamie conduct the pre-purchase inspection. He was thorough with the vehicle, test drove it, used a CAN tool to check error codes even and gave a lot of good advice on what points to use in negotiating with the seller and gave his recommendations on maintenance and upkeep. Great experience overall!

James Lignell I took my car in yesterday because the check engine light came on and it was making some strange noises. They were able to take it in right away and start checking out. By the middle of the day I had an estimate and an explanation of the issues. I originally wasnt sure what issues were priority so I called and we talked through the invoice and he explained that if I could only get some of the services now, which ones were the most important and which ones could wait a little bit. I appreciated that I didnt feel like I was just being upsold on services and he was really looking to help me out. I decided to just get all of the services done and they were able to get the car back to me in one day. When I picked it up today he was very thorough in showing me what he fixed and changed. He even showed me a video of them changing out some of the parts which I thought was really cool. Ive definitely gotten my car back from other shops before and wondered if they really actually did anything. Overall it was a great experience and I will definitely be bringing my car back here.

Joshua Jardinero Auto Car helped and cured my car’s rust problem! Geraldo provided a rust treatment to my car that will help preserve my car’s frame from rusting and breaking down in the future. The clear communication and progress updates were highly appreciated. He also completed an oil change during my visit. His work was efficient and not upcharged unlike other places. Johnson N Quick, friendly, and affordable! Around 20 minutes for a flat tire repair. Single tire leaking air. My tires are Goodyear from the Honda dealer, and there’s fewer repair shops with their tires locally. I called for an early morning appointment the next day, and they were so friendly on the phone, I didn’t even know if the appointment was made. But they remembered me when I came in! On a Thursday morning, there was maybe 2 or 3 other customers milling about. Streets don’t allow parking, so I parked across in the southland parking lot, which the shop did not bat an eye to. Took my Keys and brought my car in. They found the culprit, a nail. Patched it up quick. The whole experience was about 20 minutes or so, and it felt great to drive my car home. Even better is that their repairs carry a 90 day and 3k mile warranty, so I can feel confident if something is astray, I can just bring it back. I felt the price was right and affordable, but I don’t have knowledge in this area. Other than the Honda dealer, this is the first auto repair shop I’ve used, and I’m a customer for life now.

My family and friends are customers since late 90s when Kin and MotorSport Crew first opened shop. Service doesnt stop after you pay the bill. Kin goes above and beyond well after car has left his shop. Tires, Alignment, lowering, custom suspension, Brakes, headlights, body kits, wheels, camber corrections, stretched tires and much much more. For most repairs Id rather take my car here then the dealership hassles. American, Japanese, European, this shop works on all automotive makes and models. Highly recommended local.Hayward Shop!
