Daniel Shinn Was in need of a new mechanic for my Tacoma. My cousin recommended J.R.s Garage, as hes had his Tacoma serviced there. I needed my brakes checked, I suspected it was time for pads to be changed, but wasnt sure. Julius the owner inspected my brakes and provided the details and gave me options. He didnt try to upsell me and was completely transparent regarding what was needed. Great service and friendly/personable owner. I live on the other side of the San Mateo bridge and will continue to commute over the bridge to have my truck serviced here. Thanks Julius!

R C069 Ive been taking my cars to Ken for a few years now. I feel like he always takes care of us without charging extra for unnecessary services. We have two aging cars with 200k plus miles on each. Both needed significant work this year. He not only did a great job but he cleaned both engines so they look brand new (a totally unexpected but terrific service). The pic below is from my 2013 Accord that has 200k miles on it.

Dirk Ricci My car accidentally collided with a charging post while I was attempting to park and charge it. As a result, the front left corner panel became partially dislodged. When I reached out to the owner and shared a photo of the damage, he generously accommodated me the same day without requiring an appointment. Upon my arrival, he promptly addressed the issue, swiftly fixing the panel in just a few minutes, and at NO cost. Im truly grateful for the assistance and the efficiency with which the repair was completed!

My family and I trust them with all of our vehicles because they are professional, honest, and they are affordable. My father in law trusts J & J Auto with his commercial vehicles as well. Wendy Crow I can not tell you about costs because I do not know going rates. I can tell you I am absolutely ignorant about cars. This business could have done extra and unnessary repairs as part of maintenance because I wanted a full workup. They told me it was unnecessary. I thought my brakes needed to be replaced, and they said they were not needed yet. Recently, my drivers side power window stopped working. They spent time getting it back up and didnt charge me.

Haroon Zaland Ridi is an amazing and very friendly man. He replaced my vehicle’s AC Compressor 3 times cheaper than other mechanic shops. He did an amazing work. I highly recommend this place.
