Susan Gedney Not the professional level one expects these days. They invite dogs in off the street if an owner is walking by, then they all pet the dog dispersing dog hair everywhere, and they go back to work with out washing their hands. While I was waiting for my appt. a lady came in with a dog to stay for her 2 hour visit, the lady had no disabilities. When i asked if the dog could move out of the walk way so i could get to the bathroom, i was told to use the park bathroom where the homeless hangout. I have a disability due to a back injury and need a taller toilet. Was dumbfounded that I as a paying customer was being denied the use if the bathroom. Avoid this place if you are looking for professional service and especially if you have allergies.

Shelagh Deveney Jackie has been doing my hair for four years. She was recommended by a friend. I had been to another stylist who did some damage to my hair and gave me a bad color job. She fixed the color and also improved the health of my hair. She does such a great job with cut and color. My hair is beautiful and very healthy!! She’s taught me a lot about how to properly care for my hair. I also love the hair products she sells. I highly recommend her!!

Kate Cayton I booked an appointment here for my daughters and I with Elysse for wedding hair and she took great care of us! Our hair turned out beautifully and she made sure to have us done in time for the wedding, It was a wonderful experience!

Auburn Custom Cycles OG Marie is the absolute best! My daughter absolutely loves her hair! We met at my place of business and she met my daughter and offered to do her hair completely on the house. I tried to pay and she refused. This world needs more kind, genuine people like her. Thank you again Marie We will see you soon at our next appointment.

Iona Kellison Did an online check in for a hair trim for my kids. They were able to see them both at the same time. They did a great job with the kids haircuts and was patient with my hovering to see how much Id like trimmed off. They were quick and efficient with their wash and dry as well.

Lois Hoover I have been a client of Virginias for over 22 years. A few times Virginia has had an emergency and had one of the other ladies take care of me. Always a good result. The shop is always clean and other operators pleasant. I would never see anyone else given a choice.

Kelly Mayer I recently did a massage trade with Stacey in exchange for a haircut, and I couldnt be happier with the results. My boyfriend commented that its his favorite cut hes seen on me in 5 years! I absolutely loved how bouncy, full, and wavy she made my hair look. She also styled my hair for a wedding party I attended later, and made me feel fabulous! Stacey is a delight to chat with and I highly recommend her.

Suzanne Devinna Nancy was VERY understanding and patient with my 89 year old mom. I called ahead to check on availability for a pixie hair cut. She said she had a 30 minute opening if I could get her there by 1pm. Nancy listened to her stories and did a great job. I will definitely take her back in 6 months, as thats my moms twice a year hair cut schedule. Thank you Suzanne and Joyce

Mary Barton I went to Hair Depot after a horrible experience at Vineyard Salon in Auburn that totally made my hair look horrible! I was nearly in tears. Then a friend recommended Hair Depot. I called, got an appointment the following day. What a difference!!! I was met by Lori. She was attentive to my needs, she listened, communicated, and transformed a disaster into a masterpiece! I havent felt this good about my hair in years! I came out of there feeling like a million dollars! Very well priced as well. Lori has this customer for as long as she is in business! ( Bonus! Shes a Christian!) Girls get yourself down to Hair Depot!
