5 /5 Patricia Smith: I have had Dr. Holly Salem as my primary care physician for years now and I LOVE her! She really takes the time to talk with me and whatever is going on....she looks at the whole picture, not just the symptom I may be presenting with. She has a great bedside manner, and Ive now made her the PCP for my hubby and son too! The only bummer is that she is busy, so it isnt always easy to get a quick appt....but I will deal with that, as I have never had a PCP care so much and be so "real" while also being a great doctor. We moved and live 45 min away, but I will make the drive anytime to stay with Dr. Salem....

1 /5 Staci Mensen: When you have resorted to Google reviews to get a response you know you are helpless. Our medical industry is in rough shape- I try to give them the benefit of the doubt after some rough years but I can’t understand how an office (Optum) can be so inefficient. Here are the facts: I was seen for my first appointment Feb 22nd. First set of labs were fine, second set identified a problem. The doctor did not call me but instead I saw on my Optum app there was a below normal value. I scheduled an appointment for March 7th. My phone appointment was over an hour late. At this appointment I was told I needed a scan and a referral. March 17th I scheduled an appointment to review the scan and I still had not yet received a referral. Finally got a referral to a kidney doctor. Send all my files to that doctor (outside of Optum) who informs me I need to see an endocrine doctor not a kidney doctor… back to Optum who informs me they have an endocrine doctor at another location. Finally get an appointment for that doctor at the other Optum location for 4/6. You may be wondering why I’m writing this review on 4/5…. Well that new doctor just called and cancelled my appointment for tomorrow because “she doesn’t treat this issue”. This process has been an absolute run around and Dr Salem and Optum Huntington Beach have taken no responsibility in helping me progress care to resolve this issue.

1 /5 Laura Lamagna: DO NOT GO TO This doctor she does not care!!! I had blood on my brain and she never looked in my eyes! Never came near me!! She sent me home with an antidepressant!!!! I wrecked my car on the way home (when in fact I should have been taking to the hospital I had blood on my brain!) damaged both front ends she should be glad i didnt kill someones family member!!! My daughter took me to the emergency room once they found i had blood on my brain because a aneurysm burst! they put me in a ambulance took me from Orange coast memorial to Long beach memorial hospital my daughter following i had a 6 hour brain surgery on March 18th 2015....No thanks to this uncaring so called doctor!!!! Im sorry I didnt file a small claim for the $5,300 to fix my car.Everyone ask me why I didnt file a law suit for her incompentence!!! The thruth I was very busy trying to get well and get over her lack of caring. I have so much anxiety over what she put me threw Im on medication. Please dont put your care in her hands!!! Shes not worthy of it!!!

1 /5 ve gercekler Hayat (Buhari): She gave my kids 3 month, ahead appointment for check up . After 3 month, one day before appointment, she cancel my kinds appointments. She claims, she doesnt accept new patients. Where were your brain 3-4 month ago, when you expect my kids. You are a worthless, thats all, I can say.
