2 /5 Emily Dominguez: The only reason why this place gets two stars is because Rose is actually really nice with chair talk, that’s it. I never really post reviews but I feel like I need to say something because one: Rose does not do pricing over the phone, and two, I paid $65 for this kind of haircut. I asked for high layers and face framing. My hair was washed the morning before, but she washed it anyways. I feel botched and I really would not come back to this place considering it was not completely blended in the first place. I was very lucky to have a blow out which really almost *hid* a lot of what I couldn’t see when I was done…but once the humidity of outside hit the bluntness of the cut really revealed the choppy style I got going on. This lowkey broke me and I wish I could’ve at least got an estimate. A huge red flag is that she has a sign that says that her ATM temporarily doesn’t work, when in truth, after I almost walked out apologetically because I only had a card, she said it was okay since it was my first time, but I needed to bring cash to further appointments. Do not get me wrong, I understand the way that cash is a lot faster, but to use that sign as a profit technique is wrong. I have very straight, long asian hair. Which means it gets super straight compared to most people. So unless if I choose to put in the labor and damage of curling my hair or blowing it out, this is what everyone will see with just my hair down, fresh out of a wash.
