Monica Service is just excellent! Went in for a car diagnostic and they were able to troubleshoot what areas needed work in thoroughly. Gentlemen in the front desk had fantastic service, was very knowledgeable and did a great job at explaining car issues to my partner and I. They provided photos and notes on areas of improvement of the car, provided actions steps on what to do to resolve my car issue, also referred trusted shops to take my car to and, due to my busy schedule, even found a space to leave my car overnight to pick up the next morning. Was going to take my car to Midas but am so glad I found this place instead, prices are reasonable and doesn’t charge an arm and leg!

Edwin Whittinghill I have used Snapp’s Auto Center for all my auto repair work. They are more reasonable than the dealership and I have been very pleased with the quality of their service. DT Consulting I bought a used Benz from a private seller and I was not expecting that I could get in for a PPI. Spoke to Phil and instructed to drop off the car and in an hour or so, provided me with a comprehensive report. Because of the findings, I was able to make an informed decision on purchasing the car. I have 4 cars and have had the following repairs done: gas pump install, head gasket replacement, suspension parts replaced on a 4x4 and a Cadillac, dash control pannels replaced, transmissions flushed, driveline work on a 4x4, cooling system repairs including radiators, thermostats, and hoses, brakes jobs, harmonic balancer replacement, starter install, interior pannel replacement, shocks, window motor, diffirential fluid changes, wheel bearings, and more Ive thrown some confounding problems at this shop such as electrical issues where other mechanics will give up, Jim at Van Ness gets to the bottom of whats going on. He takes the time to explain whats wrong and will show you the issue. His prices are very fair and Ive never had to take a repair back to be redone. I cant say enough good about this shop. Had another shop pay him to fix their mistakes..... thats how i found Van Ness Auto. The mechanics really know what theyre talking about and eventhough they are always busy, theyll make the effort to help every customer. I had 4 vehicles that all had problems..... now I have 4 cars I wouldnt hesitate to drive to New York and back. Also see a lot of people who take their classic cars to this shop. Finding techs who know how to work on classics is getting harder and harder now days. I cant say enough good things about this place. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Norman Gassaway Mercedes benz fresno claimed to diagnose our 2018 Glc300 4matic. Gave me a quote to replace the transmission and transfer case $26,000!!! Had it towed to German auto repair for a second opinion. Fluid change, update programming, $1200, and car runs great. Huge shout out to Gary and crew. Friendly, fast, and wont rip you off, unlike MB fresno.
