2 /5 Craig Olesen: Romeo Medical, Dr. Mike Romeo, has been my primary care physician for close to 20 years. He is no longer with the family practice. I have been sick for a few days and needing an appointment. Was told nothing available until next week. Basically told nothing we can do for you; you need to go to Urgent Care. Thanks for treating me like an old patient who needed care now. No longer care about your health.

1 /5 Jadeyn Mattingly: Probably one of worst experiences Ive had with a medical office for workers comp (and I have Kaiser!). I was lucky to be able to get same day appointment and the receptionists were very nice and helpful, the only issue is make sure you reserve some time to come here. I waited 20ish minutes in the waiting before even being seen (I was a few minutes late because the office was hard for me to locate as a first timer), I finally was able to go to the back and get my basic vitals before I was taken to another room where I explained my reason for visit and was told Id be seen shortly. Shortly means another 20 minutes, after that one doctor came in where I explained my reason for visiting again and was given medication but not the shot I was originally there for! There was no communication between employees so the doctor didnt even know I needed a shot, he left the room just for someone else to come in and give me the shot I needed which took only 2-3 minutes :/ and he as well asked for reasoning for visiting so in total I was there for about an hour and 45 mins almost two hours just to be seen by three people, no communication, and do something that only took 3 minutes. At 56 Ive had many experiences with Doctors, most are in a rush, I always felt like I was taking too much of their time. Dr. PEDERSON AND HIS STAFF make you feel safe, heard, and important! If you are seeking a PCP with a highly qualified, intelligent, and Compassionate staff and a Doctor who will take his time with you. Be complete with testing and diagnosis, and leave your exam room with you understanding your diagnosis, and any steps for your care, knowing you are in dependable, capable, and knowledgeable hands. Dont hesitate, call his office.

5 /5 Carry On: Went here for my husband to see Dr. Carrie who is a DO. She was amazing! DOs are a different type of doctor. They focus on the skeletal more than anything. Since my husband was in a motorcycle accident, she knew exactly what she was feeling and what was broken and how to help him heal. We are looking forward to have Dr. Carrie treat him through his recovery and becoming patients with Romeo Medical Clinic. We are excited for Dr. Lisa to be our primary doctor as she is knowledgeable in hormone therapy. All of the staff was super friendly and professional. I dont understand why this clinic doesnt have a 5 start rating. We did have a little wait time, but for the excellent care my husband received, it was well worth it. To live in a small town and have a family of fantastic doctors so close by is a blessing.

1 /5 Sara Villarreal: I got a job offer so I had to go do my TB & physical here. I understand that the provider was out one day and so they didn’t get signatures, but it is now two days after that and they have not faxed anything over to my new employer. I do not want to have to fight with unemployment insurance. Please just fax my stuff over so I can start my new job. If you don’t fax it and the job offer expires I swear to God I am going to sue this place into oblivion.
