Jean Long My 88 year old mother is a patient of Dr. Alcalays. She is very understanding and takes her time speaking to my mother. She wants to hear from my mother, not just me. We think she is great!

Robert Holly Dr. Hu is very personable and professional. She questions carefully and listens to your answers. I found her comforting, reasonable and compassionate. We discussed options; she listened to my concerns and suggested alternatives. I am very happy with this referral.

Alex Rossbach Youre better off going to the one in Sacramento or Oakland. Ive never had a particularly great experience at this KP office. Itll do in a pinch if thats the only option you have but its far from being actually good. Youre definitely paying for sub-standard care and doctors who dont really care all that much about you.

sharon hunt My Granddaughter had a lump removed from her back today. And the nurses n doctors were very nice and explained everything that was going to happen to her. She was very scared. And they made her feel better about the procedure. I can say Ive never been to a hospital where they treat your child like they matter.

Pamela Ross I saw Dr. Chen about two years ago for cramping and dislocating fingers. He sent me to an Occupational Therapist (Hand Therapist) to get finger ring/splints made. Kim G. is an amazing Hand Therapist and she quickly gave me some ring splints for my fingers. She also directed me to Etsy for some Sterling Silver and beautiful Ring Splints! They were so beautiful and affordable, more so than the Orthopaedic Ring Splints that were available as well.
