1 /5 Audrey Kuppenbender: Dont bother scheduling appointments because your time wont be honored as they dont know how to manage their time nor do they want build a clientele. My first scheduled appointment, there was a 5 to 10 minute wait. On the second scheduled appointment, the 15 minute wait turned into 45 minutes. Walked in today and the salon was full, people waiting, everyone busy. Not willing to sit around while they get their act together. Obviously they dont value a client relationship. Walked out because my time is also valuable and there are a lot of choices for nail salons. They called twice after I left, with excuses. After the second debacle with their time management, I was willing to give them another try but cannot recommend them. Our first pedicure they attempted to use a cheese grater on the feet to remove dead skin. After I questioned that, they changed to a one time use Pedi block. Two of the ladies give an awesome massage but Vanessas inexperience showed as she was not using the pads of her thumbs but the tips and I could feel her nails. When I made a comment she immediately stopped massaging. Also she pulls the skin when using nippers instead of doing a clean cut. I also cannot recommend them because of their questionable sanitation practices, a towel dropped on the floor should not be used, it is now dirty, they are reusing drill bits from one client to the next, which is cross contamination and they do not wipe down the pedicure spas nor nail tables with antibacterial wipes between clients. Go to some place cleaner and where they value you as a customer.
