I tried reaching out to her via Instagram 2 weeks in advance to confirm and she never responded but would constantly post on her story. I tried reaching out to her on the number she had on style seat and she still wouldn’t respond. I called a mua artist last minute to take me in who was located at another salon, just for her to tell me that Teresa lahoud works at Rania’s hair salon. I reached out to the salon multiple times and left a message and when they finally called me back, Teresa claimed I never had an appointment with her. They said that she would call me back to check and she never did. Then I get a confirmation appointment two days before my actual appointment confirming that I had booked with Teresa. Teresa is so unprofessional and I do not recommend Rania’s hair salon. I came out all the way from California but never ever will I recommend Tania’s hair salon to anyone. Super unprofessional!!!
