1 /5 Malak M: WARNING !! ⛔️⚠️ DO NOT come here don’t waste your money here ! I came yesterday to do my nails (full set acrylic with gel. I was there from 4:53 pm till 6:40 pm i was very quite, patient and respectful ! I wanted her to do her job and I thought the results would be worth it . The lady who was doing my nails she was new I guess and she was training on my nails while I do have so many things to do ! So I ended up saying in a nice way this is not what I want nor I asked for ?! I told her it’s ok I am just going to leave I don’t have time I need to be home by 7 pm. They asked me to pay without even apologizes. They were going forth and back to the owner and she denied to let me go and not even apologizing . I was still polite and respectful! So they asked me to come back the next day to fix my nails and I should pay them at least $10 for this nails on me !!! Like you charging me for this are you serious?? What about my time that I wasted here ? Btw I paid her $10 just because I don’t like drama, and since they are greedy for money. I already went to another nails salon and they took off this horrible nails. The OWNER is really rude and GREEDY for money ! I would never come back here again and I will let all my friends about this experience

1 /5 Samantha McIntosh: Honestly I hate to write this because they were pretty freaking nice. But with the end result I have to say something to help someone out. I have a black and red split dye and I went in for a recoloring. The lady wanted to charge me full price for my roots not taking the red and told me Id have to come back to get them bleached and redo it at full price again. Which isnt even why Im upset. After dying my hair twice I ended up leaving with half my hair in a dreadlock.... Luckily I know how to get this out without cutting anything but good lord, please be careful. Im super not happy about this but it is what it is.... I guess.

1 /5 Ashwini Suryavanshi: Rude owner or lead person, awful service specially by her. The lady who did my nails was amazing. She was soft spoken and provided a really nice service. I tipped her generously. But stay away from lead person- she has zero manners . Really bad customer service

1 /5 Janelle M: They are so disorganized. I made an appointment for 10am and they didnt open until 10:40am. The guy who booked my appt was so unprofessional and showed up an hour late. Then, the women who seemed like she was running the place keep yelling at her employees. They messed up my toes and had to redo the whole thing. It took two hours. The environment was so stressful I cant believe people go here for self-care. They have no system in place for appts and if you dont have one be prepared to wait hours.

5 /5 Hung Tran: Princess Hair and Nail Spa is a great place to come get your nails done! This is my second time taking my wife to get the Gel X full set done by Nancy. It’s super affordable, fast, and nearby. Everybody there is super friendly and accommodating and the customers are also really kind. It’s a relaxing place to go to and is surrounded by other small businesses. I would highly recommend!
