Miguel Rodriguez What a great experience, very professional staff! I decided to go here because I saw other people left great feedback and they were not wrong. I got my brakes replaced and they are factory new now. Couldn’t be more satisfied with the work and even how inexpensive it was. Will come back here and I highly recommend this place.

tam phàm I love how they take care of me from start to finish. I brought my truck in for my 60k service and spark plugs. From start to finish, I was impressed with the customer service and detailed explanation of the recommended services. Adam communicated very well over the phone and in person, listened carefully, and spent time explaining things clearly and answering all my questions. The price for the work was very reasonable and everything was completed on time. I highly recommend and look forward to maintaining my car at Saddleback Automotive in the near future.

Glassbraker One of the few open later than 6pm, we broke 2 tire studs on our way to vacation, pepboys was full untill tomorrow evening, we came to this place and both studs were fixed in less than 20 minutes, mechanic was very friendly, the only complaint I have is I wish he hung the break caliper instead of just letting it dangle, but honestly he did a good job, a fast job, and he charged us less than what pepboys quoted us for.

Eagles Fly Alone This is a good man working here. I was totally stuck across the road, locked outside my car by accident, with the keys inside. I was in a desperate situation. I saw his garage across the road, was embarrassed, but walked inside asking the gentleman for help. He kindly stopped what he was doing, came out across the road, and managed to open the car for me! A HUGE relief, and saving me a fortune and inconvenience. I offered payment, but he said there was no need, and he did it out of his good grace. I was so grateful for that. I am not from LA, but if I were, I would take my car to this man, he is a good person. Thank you for helping me last week. I really appreciated that. All the best to you sir. I implore others to take your car here to support this business. I repeat...he is a really good person!

My local friend highly recommended Js Auto and raved about the years of service she had received from Javier. He repaired our car quickly and got our van running for less than we had expected.
