Loa Arnoth I had a wonderful manicure / pedicure from Kimmi, she’s incredible! She was so detail oriented, helpful and fun. She was explaining how she’s an expert on healing foot and nail issues. Ingrown toenails, fungus, and massage. I definitively found my new person!!

Sandy Lai I recently completed the Japanese Head Spa training with Debby, and it was truly one of the best training experiences I’ve had. From the moment I arrived, she made me feel welcomed and comfortable. Debby wasn’t kidding when she said it would be a day full of learning—every single moment was packed with valuable information. She’s incredibly patient and clear when explaining concepts, ensuring I understood each step. The model I worked with was also one of Debby’s students, and she assured me that Debby would always be there to offer support, even after the training. And that’s absolutely true! Debby is always accessible and willing to help post-training. She’s a genuine and caring mentor, and I’m so grateful for the opportunity to learn from her. This training was definitely worth the investment!

Whitney L Kathy and her staff are amazing! She does a great job on my nails & eyebrows every time. Any design/style I ask for, she does it. The pedicures are great too and they take their time with each customer even if they are busy. Highly recommend Paseo Nails.

Justine Sutton I went here yesterday and the nail tech gouged my cuticle. It was bleeding and painful I was visibly uncomfortable and she showed no reaction. The neighboring tech who spoke English told me she would put antiseptic on it and nobody apologized or did anything to show they were sorry nor appreciative for my business after when I paid full for service and tip. I even asked for ice or cold water because it was throbbing and was ignored (my nail tech didn’t speak English but kept nodding her head like she understood me instead of asking for someone to help translate). I rarely leave reviews but i just want people to be aware of the crappy customer service.

Camille Davenport Im not a big Yelper but the people at Olivias Nail salon went so far above and beyond the call of duty this weekend I cant stop singing their praises to anyone who will listen. My daughters Girl Scout troop worked really hard selling cookies this year and earned a decent amount of money for our troop. The girls voted several months ago to donate half of their earnings to an animal shelter and spend the other half on an end-of-the-year spa party for themselves. We hired a company to come to my house and provide a whole over-the-top spa experience for the girls. Long story not so short, the company called 20 minutes after they were supposed to be here and said they werent coming (which is a whole other Yelp review). We were left with 11 SEVEN AND EIGHT year olds all standing around waiting for the party and absolutely no backup plan. One of the other moms called Olivias and they told us to come right away and they would be able to accommodate us. I was skeptical because we had a lot of girls, it was in the middle of the day on a Saturday and I assumed it was going to be a lot of waiting around and trying to keep the girls under control while they waited for their turn or waited for their friends to be done or whatever. Our experience was nothing short of phenomenal. They were able to take all the girls at one time, with each girl getting their own chair. The logistics were perfect and the girls were so happy. But above everything else what impressed me the most, and what I continue to think about two days later, is how every employee was SO KIND and ACCOMMODATING and PATIENT and FRIENDLY. We basically took over the store and each girl had a multitude of requests with lots of different colors and designs on their nails. Every request was met, each time with a smile. They even gave the girls juice and gave the parents water. They say kindness goes a long way and I will never forget the kindness we were shown at Olivias Nails on Saturday.

Jenny Cunningham I called really close to closing and they were happy to accommodate me. John did a great job on my pedicure and scrub. Their exfoliation package has really great scents. Great environment and very clean. Would love to go back.
