1 /5 Karolina Kapustova: This nail salon was extremely disappointing. I could tell the lady doing my feet was new and didn’t know what she was doing. She took 1 hour and 20 minutes do so my pedicure which ended up looking as if I had painted my own nails. As for the manicure that was a different lady and she made me bleed, cut my nails extremely short and again it’s not cleaned up. I’m just frustrated when you pay good money you expect a professional on the other side. On top of that, they have water sitting in the fridge, but don’t offer you any. None of the customers had water. They only had something to drink if they brought their own. Customer service is lacking.
