2 /5 Claressa Adams: The wait was a bit long, when I did finally get in a chair for just a pedicure, did not like the fact that she drilled off my nail color which was just polish instead of using polish remover, why damage the nail when you don’t have too, she did not cut My nails at all only filed them, crocked I may add, and did not remove the dead skin off the heel with the gel and plastic wrap like I usually get and I asked her she only used the yellow scrub wafer instead. Then I told her it was still not smooth on the heel, she simple put my foot in a wax which any wise person knows , does not remove d as skin , the nail color was all over my toes she did not clean it off at all, I got home to still see I just totally paid $45.00 for a botched pedicure totally. I wouldn’t take my dog there if this is how they treat the customers.I am very upset never had this bad a job.. NEVER GOING BACK!!

5 /5 Rachel Ann Ramirez: I have been going to this shop for 20 years , Jenny the owner is the only person in all San Bernadino County that knows how to wax shape and cut My eyebrows . I moved away 3 years ago to Rancho Cucamonga the drive and my hours of work were not making it easy for me to continue going to Jenny so I tried shop around my new neighborhood nails salons, Threading to Europe wax membership after a year of unhappiness . I WENT BACK TO HER SHE TRULY LEADS THE WAY IN EYEBROW SHAPING . #1 SHOP in INLAND EMPIRE HANDS DOWN⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

1 /5 Joe Me: Requested Manicure and Pedicure had my Fiance and daughter stop them after Pedicure. they do horrible work and they charge too much for the bad work. Had to take them to another salon to fix what they did do, good thing did not let them finish. Also they quoted one price and will charge you more. Please be advise go elsewhere. I would not recommend this place to my enemy.......

2 /5 Jessie Jesse: They make appointments and are not on time. I made a phone call for an appointmentand waited 35 minutes. Its a first come first serve basis. During my appointment, other customers called and they said they had time right now. When the customer arrived, they were told to sit down and wait. Eyelash appointments are not on time either. Not very detailed on their nails or eyelashes. For pricing, they tell you one price and charge you more and expect a tip on top of that. I will not visit this place again, nor recommend it if you are very detailed and value your time.

5 /5 Brenda Butler: I love Paradise Nails. Jenny is the owner and does an excellent job on anything she does. I have been going there for many years for my spa Pedicures​ and my manicures and I come out feeling like a star and I have had different ones work on my feet and nails. Jenny does my eyelashes and eyebrows and I have had nothing but raving compliments from many people on how great and natural they look. I recommend you try Paradise Nails you wont go wrong.
