1 /5 barrios angie: It was my first time going and last time going. The lady that help me. Kept getting up to go help someone else. The quality of the nails wasnt even good. My 9 yr old could do a better job than her.

1 /5 Maddy Gray: I am a young black woman my nail came out very chunky and they feel so bumpy , I can’t believe that these nails were 60 dollars, the whole time the lady was giving me attitude like I was some type of felon I decided to treat myself today with getting this manicure but my 8 year old daughter could’ve did better on my nails and she would’ve treated me better… personally I would say you should just go somewhere with better people.

1 /5 Whopper jr: Very poor communication, very high demanding, poor behavior, A place I go to every so often but not no more because a gift card I tried to use on their old card scanner didn’t work. We call and showed it had money but wasn’t going through. The manger started to criticize us and locked us in. I could only hear them talk trash about how I looked and how I wasn’t able to pay in another language not knowing I understand.When my family arrived to pay they called the security on us to make us scared. We payed and left but I strongly suggest you go somewhere else because of the very poor service.

1 /5 Janell Mercado: I went to the salon for my birthday, instantly got profiled, poor communication (no greeting) straight to it, tried paying with a credit card I got for my birthday but wouldn’t work because of their outdated scanner, we called and showed that it had money on it however the manager demanded us to pay and said to take what’s in our pockets out. My mother came and paid but they ended up calling security on us to not try anything. We paid and left. If you have the time and money go somewhere else.

1 /5 Miss Baddie queen: Hello, i am a young black man with my white mother who came into this place to get her nails done and the customer service was indecent, and almost torturous. After we finish the nails and tried to pay they used there outdated scanner to scan the card which didn’t work. We called american express and they said we had the money but it wasn’t working. So we just said we’d call out family to help and they started coming but they locked us inside the store and started yelling at us. We didn’t understand why she was angry when she gave us lumpy nails that were 60 dollars, but looked like they were 20. I don’t recommend this place and if anything happens please stay safe because they called the security inside who yelled at my friend Jason to move out the way when he just stepped inside.
