1 /5 EMB: I want to start by saying I was very excited to come here because I use to come all the time before I had my kids. But the experience was super disappointing. Went in with gel x nails to remove and re put on and a pedicure. The pedicure was good. And the massage was very long which was great. It doesn’t seem like they do everything it lists but regardless it was nice. My nails on the other hand were awful. Once he put them on and went to paint them I mentioned they were sticking up off my finger and he said they weren’t. I didn’t question it again until I was debating on the colors he put on my finger. I mentioned again they were way too far off my nails and didn’t look natural. He try’s to fix them and says because my nail beds are short I should’ve done acrylic because he put extra gel underneath them to hold them better. One I asked about both he said they were the same so why not suggest what would look better? Two my gel x before were not like that. So sorry but that’s not true. He tried to cut them down short and ask if I wanted to keep them I once again said no please remove I don’t like them. So i spent an extra about 35-40 minutes after my pedicure to leave with no nails. I’m a mom of a one year old and a 2 month old and rarely get out to do these things and it’s the week before mothers day and instead of leaving happy with nails I left with nothing. On top of all this they tried to charge me to remove the nails even though I only removed them to redo them I told them no I wouldn’t pay for that and couldn’t believe they actually were gonna charge me. I complained to the manger before leaving and he said oh sorry didn’t offer to do anything for me or even sincerely apologize. I even explained to him how upsetting it was cause I rarely get to do these things and he acted like he could care less. So disappointing. I wouldn’t reccomend which is a bummer because the pedicure was nice and long.

1 /5 Kathy Foley: Will not be going back. I tried to stay with them and have tried several of their techs, Daisy did my nails last, she barley filed my nails and left lines. And when I said that I didnt like it, and showed her the lines from not being buffed/filed down she looked at me and said with attitude"Thats just how it is", not to mention they are SO THICK from not being filed down correctly. In the past they made me cry with how horrible the nails came out with how much they made me pay. ALSO, the price is always different even tho i get the same every time. They just make up whatever they want. Unprofessional business. Rude staff.

1 /5 Lola Lopez: Came to get a short set of gel x nails I usually don’t do my nails at salons and this is a reminder why I don’t come. Very rude the worker her name is daisy she’s very aggressive yelling at me all while I asked her if she can prime my nails so they don’t pop off because how will they bond with my nails with the fake nail and I just finished washing my hands with soap. She’s rudely told me don’t tell me what to do I know what I’m doing. As well when I asked if she could do my cuticles before doing my nails because my cuticles grow over my nails and with nails their will be a gap when she cuts my cuticle when there’s the gel x nails she told me she does it after. Im a pedicurist and their tools weren’t sterilized they pulled tools out that were left in open areas and god knows who used them before me and who’s going to use them after me. They’re reusing filers that are suppose to be thrown out after each client and reusing them on people. I know this because she just grabbed them off of a cart full of other tools. As I write this she’s removing two nails she placed on the call with someone calling me stupid and laughing all in English so I can hear her I stayed calm I didn’t rage with her because I know we all go through things but a very bad experience and while I have my two daughters who got scared that were with me. Very unprofessional very rude. Go support a small business nail tech because this is such an overwhelming experience.

3 /5 Heather Ramirez: I have come here since they opened and, with little exception, have enjoyed this place. The facility is clean and the nail techs have gotten more talkative over the years. Recently, their prices have gone through the roof with the add-ons getting higher and higher. I was just charged $15 for gel on a pedicure (thats on top of the pedicure price) when it use to be $5. I understand inflation is a real thing but this seems insane (especially when theyre using the same bottle of gel on multiple clients!) While I love my nail guy, spending the amount theyre charging for a simple full set and color is getting pretty ridiculous. You can also see this impact by the decrease in clientele that are here now. Theyre arent NEARLY as busy as they use to be! Seems that they should remember that sometimes there is strength in quantity and not just raising prices to make up for decreased business. Just my opinion. Pro tip - If you are looking specifically for nail art (not stickers), and dont know who to ask for, make sure to mention this at the desk and show your artist the picture BEFORE they start - not everyone can do the painted on nail art or detailed designs.

I got a gel manicure on November 10, 2024, and within a month, my nails began ripping painfully at the sides, likely due to improper application. When I called to address this, the staff claimed they had a 7-day complaint policy. However, when I went in person, they showed me a written policy stating only 2 days for complaints—completely contradicting what I was told. The staff also falsely claimed I couldn’t get a refund because my nails had grown out, ignoring that the ripping and pain were caused by their service, not natural nail growth. When the police arrived, the owner lied to them, saying I was being loud and bothering her business, which was completely untrue. Even the officer was confused as to why they wouldn’t simply issue a refund and advised me to take the matter to the Better Business Bureau (BBB). This salon’s lack of consistency, accountability, and honesty is shocking. I do not recommend this place.
