1 /5 Andrew Smith: Dont take your children here. My 1yr. Old has a broken foot. They sent us away after a 2 minute evaluation without an x-ray after telling me how much work it was to take one... Now hes in a ton of pain and needs help he didnt get. We were the only ones in the ER too, which speaks to their quality of care. Nurses never told me what to do and we sat in an empty room for 20 minutes until I left. They caught me on the way out and the only medical advice I got was printed prapers with instructions on a sprained ankle.... Extremely disappointed and frustrated in all aspects of the experience. Parking was top notch though.

1 /5 Elli Edelmann: Waited for hours while passing out in the waiting room multiple times. The doctor is online and looks like hes playing video games, hes definitely not paying attention. There have been the same 4 people in the waiting room for 3 hours, nothing is moving, and nobody is communicating.

5 /5 BH: I came in with intermittent severe pain in my flank. Arrived at 7 PM; there were three other people in the waiting room. I was called in for initial check pretty quickly, they took my vitals, and shortly thereafter was called into the back, given a bed, hooked up to vitals. They took my blood, I had a CT, they gave me warm blankets. They didnt really diagnose me, but they tried, and did find a UTI. What I came here to say is that everyone was warm and efficient, including the MD and every nurse or technician. While I was there, 5 people arrived in ambulances with complicated situations (you couldnt help but overhear what the patients had going on) and were treated with compassion and thoroughness, even when the patients or their families were complaining (loudly). There were many young kids with fever being treated, as well as a bunch of minor injuries that could have gone to urgent care. What these people in the ER put up with and get done every day is nothing short of heroic. It really opened my eyes; Ill think before complaining about any wait in an emergency room again. Its not that they dont care---they are BUSY!!

5 /5 Jane Bertsch: This is the BEST ER I’ve ever been to(and I’ve been to a LOT!!!) The ER doctors and nurses were SO helpful and SO kind! My back was flaring up horribly from my chemo infusions and I had to stop here for my pain. Everyone there was so wonderful to me and my mom! Thank you!!!
