1 /5 Darcy: I went for a reference to see different nail places in Salinas, wasn’t planning on getting my nails done that day I just wanted to see some of their works and I was told to sit and they start prepping my nails for acrylics I felt pressured to stay wasn’t really comfortable. I asked for the style on the right side, the lady who helped me didn’t want to so she styled them how she wanted without my approval.

1 /5 Litzi Viridiana Zepeda: Terrible service I do not recommend for you to go there, all the ladies were soo rude! I had gone in to ask to remove some of my diamonds I did not want anymore and maybe if there could change the color. The lady who greeted me asked me to have a seat with one of the lady’s wearing a 49ers mask . I sat there and she refused to help me she had said she didn’t know how to do that so I then told her that was fine to just remove the diamonds but instead she started laughing with one of her coworkers. Some other customer had walked in and left me there sitting and talking on my own and basically asked me to leave because nobody could help me then some other worker there doing a pedicure she helped me take off the diamonds and I asked if she could put clear polish on top and just ignores me and walked away and they were talking back and I just walked out because they were soo rude, bad service! The fact that I was there first and decided to take someone else arriving after me there not fair there!! Not recommend please don’t go!look how they left my 4th nail looking

1 /5 Linda Cortez: Went in for a fill to see Anna, previously I was able to make an appt with her for some reason today she said no appointment. I walked in she had no one so l asked if she can see me, I sat asked if she could do particular design she said no showed another again no, said she could only do basic color asked for red. Clearly she was in a bad mood I asked if she was up to doing my nails she was so rude I just left. Terrible customer service it was like they didnt want my business. Im guessing this is why they have very few customers. This is not the way to treat people if you want to have a successful business. l will never go back.

1 /5 Jalyn Shingle: Literally the dirtiest place in Salinas wouldn’t be surprised if they had cockroaches. Waited 30 mins for acrylic which is fine but when I finally sat down the lady asked me if I wanted medium-long acrylics and I said yes. She then rudely tells me she can’t do those type of nails just natural or super short and that I would have to wait a extra 15 for long nails. I’ve been getting my nails done for years and I’ve never heard of that. Def don’t come here
