Savannah Aldridge I was looking for a church to visit while on vacation, and I was definitely enticed by the fact that the Enchantment Under the Sea dance from Back to the Future was filmed here. While at the church, I was welcomed kindly and got to participate in worship with a Christ-loving community. I was especially delighted that I had stumbled upon the day of the church picnic and was invited to stay. Through the picnic, I met some wonderful parishioners who really showed me God in a way I didnt expect when I went into church that day. Conner Evans This is the first church I really got plugged into since moving away from home for college. Im now a part of this church on a level that I didnt expect from any church. I feel like the community at this church are like family. I love that we always have free lunch on Sundays because it lets me hang out with such great people and talk about anything from God to random memes. I think that it is 100% worth your time! Edited to update review: Its been over 5 years since I wrote my last review and I am deeply grateful for all of the experiences I have had with this church family. The people and rhythms have changed a lot over the years, but I think that is to be expected in a church that is pursuing God in such a transient city. Committing to be a part of this community has been a joy. They draw me deeper into relationship with God and tangibly reflect the love that he has for me. All that to say, you should definitely check it out and see if it is the community that God wants you to meet you in. Worst case scenario, we still provide free lunches every Sunday! (which is actually extra awesome because it allows us to get to know you!)

Miriam Duran This church helped me so much into believing in Jesus they opened my eyes this year.I love this church nothing but good things to say the pastors are amazing. The music is beautiful, you should definitely come check it out.

S Jason (Simchelin Guide) Absolutely fantastic experience of church from the sermon to the praise. They have guest speakers here once in a while whom are really great at speaking. The worship is like a live concert. Thats how great the praise team is. Pastor Alex is funny uses excellent rhetoric and has awesome sermons. This church has made me grow drastically in my spirituality. PTL. btw all are welcome. Im gay and Im happy with their stance. LGBT friendly is a plus.

Pamela Matthews Fabulous Easter service! Ken’s sermon was clear and encouraging. The music was great and Christ focused. So wonderful to see so many beautiful children too!

Karen J The Cathedral itself is full of artistic wonders. The congregants are friendly and open. The sermon was thought-provoking, the choir was amazing; and as today was a feast day, the "high" service supplied all the majesty available. We attended on the 4th Sunday of the month, so a tour of the Cathedral treasures was available after the 11am service. Walter, the tour guide, was most knowledgeable and charming.

Armando Torres Extremely welcoming and friendly. The pastor greeted us with open arms and smiles. I cant wait to attend service here soon.

Patricia F We attended the Taylor Swift Candlelight Quartet Show at Emmanuel Presbyterian Church. It was AMAZING!! Yes, it was at a church and the venue was beautifully lit with hundreds of candles. Needless to say, It was a spiritual experience. Wow!! I loved it so much I just booked another. Thank you for providing these.

Justin Kwan Visited our friend Pastor Phyllis and really like the family feel with the couches. The kids stayed in service this week. They are intentional with group discussion and I appreciate that as someone who promotes active learning. All the staff goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome. Very diverse.

B.R. M. This has been the place I’ve experienced the most Heaven on earth!! Apostle Kathryn Krick has the most wonderfully pure heart I’ve ever witnessed despite false accusations and attacks from other ministers. She has stood strong and faithful to Jesus and to do the work of God boldly, gently, and without apology! I have been so transformed here. I’ve received complete healing and freedom and the abundant life Jesus talks about in John 10:10! Don’t listen to skeptics or naysayers. Come and see for yourself and ask Jesus to reveal Himself to you!
