I have been getting the run around by multiple doctors about treatment for my butt issues and they were all unable to come up with a reasonable diagnosis or plan for recovery. Dr. Rosenfeld and his staff were unbelievably helpful. My concerns were all heard and addressed immediately. Not only were they able to see me SAME DAY, but they created a treatment plan for me immediately, prescribed me medication and provided me with a diagnosis for treatment that will allow me to heal. Words cannot describe the gratitude I have for Thousand Oaks Proctology and Dr. Rosenfeld for providing me with some of the most caring and generous care I have ever received in the medical industry. I am only a day into my treatment and feel incredibly confident that we are on the right track towards getting better.
