edgar Reyes Really good mechanics around the neighborhood. Took my honda due to making a sound in my brakes even though they were brand new. They told me the job was done wrong and they took it in and after a few hours got everything working properly and I havnt hear the sound since Tuesday. Totally recommend I have a honda and they did a wonderful job.

Vent A. I was calling around to several shops to see how much they will charge for a spark plug replacement. I was talking to Charlie. He was very forthcoming with breaking down the cost of the parts and labor. My initial assesment is that this shop doesnt seem to try to rob me. The labor is reasonable. They are going to charge me $100 for labor. Extremely fair price! And I told them I am bringing my part, they are aggreable and reasonable about it. I made an appointment. We shall see if they do a good job. I will make additional updated reviews pending the result of the labor. Stay tuned. Update: While I sit in the waiting area, Charlie called me in the work area to show me exactly what he was doing and what he inspected. He basically had all the parts organized on the side and he showed me the things he was inspecting and what his professional opinion on how to best maintain my car engine. He did not by any means was trying to sell me crap that I didnt need. We had about a few minute conversation on proper maintainance on my car. What I can tell you about this man, he is honest. He was not talking to me as if I am some dim witted female. He was talking to me as if I was his friend and just plainly explained his assesment. So, for those of you ladies who have had that experience with your local repair shop or car dealer mechanics where they were trying to talk you into hundreds of dollars in repair and maintance work, you wont get that sort of slithery manipulation with Charlie. I dont know him. This is the first time I have been in this auto repair shop. He doesnt sell you bull. He is pleasant and patient with his explanation. He is informative and would teach you a few things about your engine if you asked. Skip all the other places. Dont waste your time shopping around. Make and appointment and have him look in your engine if you really have no clue what needs to be done. But you can also try to act witless just to test if he is as honest as I have pleasantly discovered. I am not an expert mechanic. But I am not an idiot either. I have spent a lot of time with my uncle and my dad in the garage when they were alive and were the ones maintaining our family vehicles. I have some base line knowlege of how an engine works. It is safe to assume that I have been in garages where I have discovered when the mechanics are pumping bs just to sell me more stuff than what I need because they assumed I am some stupid female who has no clue how an engine works. My pet peeve. More updates: I just saw Charlie wiping down the top of my engine and he also used an air compressor to remove the debris and dust off my engine. Only my dad and uncle has ever done that. No other mechanic does that from my experience. This person takes pride in his workmanship. I am a really hard critic and not easily manipulated and swayed. So, if i am giving you more insight as to the type of service this place offers, it means it is top notch.

FBA LeadsUS Stumbled upon this place being a newer resident to Long Beach and suddenly acquiring a flat rear for my vehicle. I was hesitant bringing it anywhere besides my normal mechanic, but I knew it needed to be close to avoid extremely costly wheel damage. Seriously couldnt speak higher about Jacob and his team. Being a younger gentleman with an extremely expensive car (especially for the area), I become a bit skeptical as to whether or not I am receiving fair pricing for vehicle related services. Jacob literally took my car in, fixed the flat and did not touch or move the car out of respect for my car. He also took the time to show and give me the nail that was in the car, while explaining the future signs of wear for my tires. Oh and the best part...all for $30. Hes one of the good ones seriously wouldnt think twice about bringing my cars here. I see why his lot is always busy now...will be back soon.

Mike Dondero I had my car repaired at a AAA facility in Nevada while travelling. That began a 6 month fuel problem nightmare. After returning to LB, I took the car to Don and Harolds. They dove into the problem, one which they had never encountered. After 3 trips they fixed the problem (fuel tank damaged during Nevada repair). This repair took so long because we needed the car to travel to help family members in need. At every step of the way everyone was very gracious, professional, and courteous. They were not going to quit until they solved the problem. Angelo, the mechanic who worked on the car, finally spotted the problem. The Nevada shop had removed the check valve in the gas tank allowing the gas to flow back out the fill tube! This valve is built into the tank so I needed a new tank. Gas tanks are on back order with Chevy so once again Don and Harolds came through, searched for and located a used tank. They went above and beyond my expectations. The most amazing part is the cost. They spent countless hours researching and repairing and in the end I feel they undercharged me! Don told me the customer comes first and service is paramount. You will not go wrong here, I would give them 100 stars!

John Castle Ive been going to Long Beach auto clinic for more than 10 years now and I love the place. Ive referred many people there as well. John is Amazing and the mechanics are legit. I recently moved 20 minutes away from their shop and I still go there. Its hard to find a solid honest mechanic!!!

Ken Prince What an amazing shop! Have taken my 997.2 Porsche 911 here for a short shifter install and my 2020 Audi A6 Allroad for a performance sway bar upgrade. The folks here give a fair and honest quote with no gotchas and both repairs were performed with no issues.

Meggan Taylor The mechanic successfully completed a complex engine swap for my project car. He fitted a more powerful engine, making necessary modifications to ensure everything aligned perfectly.

Jess R Transmission had a rough go at it for a few days before I called and scheduled an appointment. Fixed it in my workplace lot. Back to smooth sailing on the road.
