Straightforward: called in for an appointment, and was able to bring in my vehicle same week for service. 24-hours later after drop-off, my 1997 Toyota 4Runner is running smooth and no longer has a clunking sound going off at 65mph! W G Gave Joes Auto Center my first try recently and found a friendly, attentive and knowledgeable team there. Like all reputable mechanics, Joes AC charges a diagnostic fee that is applied toward any repairs to be done. My situation was one where any mechanic could have taken advantage of me and charged for unnecessary work, but Joes AC didnt; they saved me A LOT of money. I trusted them enough to return the following week to request a full brake job (which I knew was needed).They did excellent, thorough work, and went the extra mile to make sure I was pleased and confident in choosing them. I highly recommend Joes Auto Center.

Mary Adams I have been going to Viking for a couple yrs now. They are honest and more than fair. I refer all my friends to them for all automotive needs. From windshield wipers to smog checks and major repairs. I will be returning tomorrow for my oil change. I can’t thank them enough!!

Sam Ferrel My wife was involved in a accident in our 2011 Ford Edge. Frank is an independent shop which means he didnt work for the insurance people he worked in my behalf. Factory parts and got them to pay for every little detail. Not only was I impressed by the work he detailed my car inside and out my chrome rims were horrendous my headlights we so hazy. I bought my car used and it looked a 1000 times better than when I drove it off the lot. Frank and his team work at the highest standards with integrity. Would recommend 100%
