Michael H. My thermostat failed in my ‘06 Scion halfway through a 5-hour road trip, and we were lucky to be passing through Williams. These guys replaced it at a very reasonable price. They prioritized us when they were already busy and got us out of there in an hour so that we could be on our way. We are very grateful for their service!

Tjiska Van Wyk This is a very efficient and professionally run center! When my tire pressure light when on, they were very close by so I pulled in and was provided service immediately. When I was told my right rear tire was low, I told him I was confused as I had just had pressure checked a few days ago. He said it was probably something in the tire that was causing slow leak and offered to take a look. Sure enough, a screw was found and tire was fixed! When I pulled out my credit card to pay for service, he said there was no charge! Good old fashioned customer service expertly delivered. Everyone is super friendly too. Love this place!!!!

Lo Hernandez I will say. As a woman it’s intimidating bringing my car into a repair shop. I know absolutely nothing in this world. And, I do not intimidate easily. I was greeted promptly by a kind gentleman named Ryan. Hands down some of the best customer service I’ve seen in some time. Kind, friendly, inviting, helpful, and knowledgeable. He gave me reassurance and let me just say, his positive attitude, and kind words were encouraging. It was extremely stressful without my car and I was worried about fees and not knowing anything. Ryan was positive and I was taken care of quickly. Aj, was also so kind and helpful. I was so thrilled with the job. Thank you all for making it as painless as possible. And affordable! Stara Being We were driving through the bugs on the freeway and didn’t see a tarp on the road that somehow ripped our bumper off. Julio was so helpful in trying to help us with our insurance and tow. He went way beyond what most people would do to help. We ended up not being able to use his services because of insurance stuff but so appreciated his kindness, honesty, attention to detail and compassion and willingness to help. Thank you Julio.
