However, I feel compelled to share my experience with this salon, as I have given them multiple chances to rectify their mistakes, but unfortunately, they have failed to do so.
One of the main issues I encountered was the excessive wait time, regardless of whether I had booked an appointment in advance or not. It seemed that they did not value my time at all and were only focused on receiving payment in cash or via Venmo.
Furthermore, the quality of their services was inconsistent, depending on sheer luck on any given day. There was no guarantee that I would receive what I had asked for. As evidenced by the attached photos, my gel pedicure and manicure started deteriorating within just a week. I immediately contacted the management to express my disappointment and concern, and they assured me that they would rectify the situation once the nail technician returned from her trip to Vegas. However, when I tried to schedule another appointment, they conveniently avoided fulfilling their promise.
To summarize, if you happen to have extra time and money to spare, this salon might not pose a significant issue. However, I personally cannot recommend it based on my experiences and the lack of accountability displayed by their staff.
If youre considering a new salon, it may be worth exploring other options that prioritize customer satisfaction and provide consistent and quality services.
