On multiple occasions, I’ve arrived for my scheduled appointment only to find out my nail tech, Mia, wasn’t even there. Today was the last straw: I waited for ten minutes with no explanation or update. When I finally asked the receptionist, she casually mentioned Mia wasn’t in. Why wasn’t I told right away? Why wasn’t I offered a drink or any courtesy while I waited?
This is not how you treat a loyal customer. Communication is key in any business, and Nails Couture has completely dropped the ball. After 3 years of my patronage, this is the level of service I receive? I’m fed up. They will not get another dime of my money. Save yourself the frustration and go somewhere else that respects your time and business.
