3 /5 Sierra Muthucumaru: The prices are good, and the first time I went here was great; however, M. Polly didn’t do a great job my second time I was here. I’m not sure who I had my first time, but this time with a different person had way worse service. The nail polish at my cuticles is uneven and shoddy, and it looks like I have one week of nail growth. She also overfiled my nails, and it hurt sometimes. I picked the same color as last time I think, but it looks different because I think they used the nail lacquer and gel in the set together last time, though I’m not sure. I was ready to be a loyal customer, but at this point, I would rather just try to do my nails myself at this point. I could also tell they were speaking about me in a different language in front of me because I recognized words like bowling and dip powder (I broke one of my nails bowling, and Polly tried to get me to do dip powder). I don’t have a problem with people speaking in their native language, but it felt a bit rude that they were talking about me in another language in front of me when I have heard them speak English. The first time I was here was 5 stars, but this was 1.5 stars. So I’m giving 3 stars. For my gel manicure, I spent $30 and gave a $5 tip, but I don’t think I’ll be coming back.
