In fact, one said it’s where he sends his own mother for repairs and doesn’t worry about her getting ripped off. I have now taken three vehicles there (everything from a Boxster to an DB9) and they continue to impress me with the quality of repairs, reasonable pricing, and exceptional customer service. Everyone from the service writers to the owner have taken the time to get to know me and to make me feel welcome. Highly recommend MV Automotive for service!

5 /5 Rita Leppien: MV Automotive team is amazing!!! Mike, Lindsey & Sean are the 3 employees that I had the pleasure of working with. My initial visit I was greeted by Lindsey for new brakes. She was so kind and informative, my first impression and the awesome service brought me back. I also had a code that kept coming up and a courtesy scan was done and we decided to schedule a time for the repair. Mike explained in detail the repairs that needed to be done (under warranty). Mike was excellent and worked with extended warranty company and the inspector they sent out. While repairing my car Sean noticed other repairs that were needed and instead of having me come back at a later date (adding another deductible) Mike cleared it with warranty company. Sean did all the repair work that needed to be done on my BMW X3 which was completed in a timely manner. They were all friendly and patient with all my endless questions. Just observing the respect and camaraderie the MV team had for one another in the shop left me knowing my car was in an honest and trustworthy shop! Don’t hesitate to trust MV Automotive for your vehicle repairs.

I didn’t want to just take my car anywhere and knowing that they have specialists that only work on European cars gave me a peace of mind. 5 /5 Michaeleen Mason: Just purchased a new to me Volvo S60 T5 Momentum and needed to find a place that would take care of all my normal maintenance and anything major that should come along. Boy did I find the perfect place! From the moment I walked through the door, I was treated like my car and I matter. All my questions were answered and I was taken care of superbly. What a joy to find MV Automotive. I live in Roseville and they are in Auburn. It is well worth the drive for me. The clincher- on the sign-in sheet, they asked the name of my car. MV Automotive knows that for some of us, our car is part of the family.

5 /5 Tahoe Rider: Wow, what a great business! I needed an oil change in my vehicle and saw MV Automotive had 273 five star reviews so I figured I rolled in. From the first minute talking with the front desk I knew this was a legitimate business to bring my 2023 Audi Q7. They had me in and out quickly but also with one of the most detailed review and suggested maintenance sheet Ive ever seen! No other place has given me this information even after asking them and MV Automotive just had it as part of their service. Even though it was just a simple service it was a really nice touch getting a package of cookies, electrolyte mix, some candy and a really nice pen with thank you written on it. I live about an hour away in Truckee but I will for sure be using MV Automotive for all my service needs going forward.
