Bj Baker Jeff and the team were fantastic. I needed body work done on my Audi EV and 1st, they were highly recommended by my insurance company and they worked very close with them as we ran into a couple of issues. The car looks great and you could not tell it was ever injured. They went above and beyond to make my experience he best. They are courteous, professional, and easy to work with. Hailey at the front desk was so enjoyable too. She was pleasant, helpful, and smiled. Perfect for greeting the clients. Overall, it was a great experience and I would highly recommend Kneisel in Auburn for your automobile needs.

Marsha Keller Steve was great! Our car broke down on the way from Utah, and he was quick to thoroughly look over its problems. He gave “get it on the road” recommendations, and “keep it on the road” ones which we very much appreciated. The car runs great! And.. we’ll be doing the other items as we can. Very through!

It was completely FREE. I left in shock and gratitude. You couldn’t meet two of the nicest gentlemen in the automotive transmissions world as these two. Well done!

Kenneth Martinelli Corey and the team from Auburn Auto Doctors were great from start to finish. The estimate was clear and understandable, along with pictures of the area needing work as well as an explanation of what was needed. Corey even took me out into the shop when my truck was on the lift to show me the parts and how they were in bad condition. Corey called me when the work was done; however, he was not happy with the way one of the parts was after being installed and did not hesitate to re-order the part to get everything to his satisfaction. They also provided me with a ride home and picked me up when the work was done. After driving the truck Im very happy with the result. Thanks Auburn Auto Doctors for a job well done.....!

Jeanie Zatkulak I had my oil changed on my van here today. While I was waiting Jane was really insightful in describing some of the maintenance I should keep up on so that my vehicle doesn’t wear out too soon. I really appreciate that. And they did a great job on my van.

Alex Benjamin Jeff and Chris are awesome. No nonsense and great communication. friendly guys too, and the service and repair was done in 24 hours. I took my Rav4 to a recommended spot in Reno and they estimated a minimum of $7500 repair and told me to get a new car. Local friends in Foresthill CA said Jeff thinks outside the box and charges fair rates. I will never take my car anywhere in California besides JEFFS AUTO REPAIR in Auburn.

Les Adair Ban Vu has been my mechanic for the past 35 yrs. Hes a 1 man shop that does excellent work and is reliable and trustworthy. He will test drive you vehicle both before and after his service to insure your satisfaction. Ban also is reasonably priced. Only drawback is that he does have a waiting list.
