Even during her maternity leave, the coverage provided by other doctors in the practice was seamless, and they were able to recommend specialists when needed. A recent experience that truly highlighted the exceptional care provided by Dr. Lus office involved a somewhat last-minute appointment I made via the MyChart site, expressing concern about pain with urination. Dr. Lus nurse practitioner not only ensured I got an appointment promptly but also went the extra mile by having the office call me to check if I could wait until the scheduled time or if I needed to be seen sooner. This level of attentiveness and commitment to patient well-being speaks volumes about the dedication of Dr. Lu and her entire staff. The consistently high standard of care Ive experienced has made me confident in recommending this practice to friends and family.

Diane Rybacek Office staff is friendly and helpful. Back office staff is friendly and thorough. Alison is a gem! She is very thorough and knowledgeable as well as adding the personal touch. She always remembers things about my family and adds stories about her own family.

Lynn Smith This is the clinic where I take my dad. It is always sparkling clean and the staff are excellent, both medical and support. We couldnt be happier to have this health care facility so close to our home. It is pretty much a one stop facility with lab and imaging as well as Urgent Care on site.

Asim Latif This is a great facility. Nice, and courteous staff. Plenty of seats in the waiting area and ample parking. They do offer Covid vaccines and boasters for non UCI patients also. Its easy to get an appointment at this facility and youre generally in and out in no time.

Monica Moulder Dr. Seymour has been mine and my husband Patrick’s primary care physician since August 2024, and we couldn’t be more grateful to have found her. Moving to California from Las Vegas, we were nervous about finding a new doctor, but Dr. Seymour exceeded all of our expectations and more. I’ve never had a primary care doctor as attentive, compassionate, and genuinely caring as Dr. Seymour. She is truly one of a kind, and I feel incredibly fortunate to have her in our corner. She has helped me navigate numerous health challenges with unwavering support (most recently I was sick abroad and helped guide me and as soon as I came home she took over care), always going above and beyond to ensure I feel cared for and confident in my treatment. Dr. Seymour has redefined what primary care should be—she is my go-to for everything. I know that’s what primary care is supposed to feel like, but she’s the first doctor who has truly embodied that role for me. In a time when medical care in America feels increasingly impersonal, Halcyon and Dr. Seymour shine as the brightest and most reassuring stars. L W In this urgent visit to Dr Youngs office, I was seen with welcome and with curiosity, heard, symptoms examined and history pulled from my memory. Every one of the 4 women who provided an aspect of care was a valuable component of responding to my concerning symptom and moving me forwards with prescriptions and a referral to a specialist for a second opinion. It was responsive and quick: I was in and out of the office within 75 minutes of my initial phone call.

Cheryl Chan Dr. Wei is always patient, detail and warm. I got so nervous about my diagnostic and needing for surgery. She comfort me, holding my hands and assure to me that everything is ok. This means a lot a lot to me. Dr. Wei performed the surgery and I recovered well. Scars are minimal. She really got good heart and hands. Plus she is so pretty. Everyone in the office is very friendly and welcoming. Victoria always there to chat with me to makes me feel comfortable. I really do recommend Dr. Wei. She treated her patient like family members.

Samantha Mark I absolutely loved this place and always had a great experience. It was always clean, my nurse was always friendly, and I felt very comfortable with my doctor. Having moved, I can only use Medi-Cal in LA and the difference in care is huge.

Marilyn Wight Dr Paskil is so kind and caring. He put me at ease, which is hard to do when your patient is a 91 year old worry wart! Im so glad that I have such a wonderful and knowledgeable doctor looking after me.
