1 /5 Heidi: I have a membership with Me Spa and have had my appointments cancelled the day of so many times that it’s a consistent issue. I maintained my membership for over 4 years hoping it would get better which I never should have done. I took a break for 2 years and finally gave it another try. Had a facial which was great! Scheduled an 80 minute pedicure a week later (today) to have it cancelled 2 hours before my appointment. The reason has always been “tech had a family emergency” and never is a manager available to talk to at that moment. They can reschedule but of course not several weeks later as it’s hard to get an appointment for pedicures. NO THANKS, cancelling my membership and will take my money elsewhere where customers are valued!!

1 /5 Kathleen Beltz: I had a facial, lip wax, and eyebrow tint on 3/9/2025. The service was great. However only giving one star because on the way out I purchased some SPF30 sunscreen for $55. I got home and noticed the expiration date of 05/2025. This is 6 weeks from now!! I brought it back today (03/11/25) to exchange. I checked the other tubes on the shelf and they all also expire 05/2025. The first thing the front desk clerk told me was I could not get a refund and I also could not exchange for something else. I asked to speak to the manager and of course the manager was not there and the clerk told me the manager would say the same thing. How is it fair to charge $55 for a sunscreen product that is expiring soon and not be able to exchange or get a refund. These products should be taken off the shelf. I will never come back to this place, they are a rip off. There are other places to go for the same services.

5 /5 Mimi Mcilroy: Ana is the BEST! Her perfect pressure; she is very sweet and respectful. I book with her every time. Staff is great too, I love the pampering they provide, its truly relaxing. Always have a great experience at the Santa Rosa location.

5 /5 Laura Normile: I had a wonderful afternoon at the ME Spa! The 80 minute deep tissue massage with cupping add-on was relaxing and restorative. Kerry Stripe took great care of me. I felt like a new person - thank you!
