1 /5 Destainee Rudison: I decided to do something for my birthday since I never do self care. I went in around 9:30 am as a walk in and they had me go to an older woman who sits in the back. I let them know I just wanted something simple with one small gem on each nail and showed my inspo picture. The lady quoted me $85 which I thought was a bit much , but it was my birthday and I hadn’t had my nail done in a while so I assumed prices just rose. Well to say I’m underwhelmed in an overstatement. First and foremost, there is NO NAIL CARE provided before she starts, no cuticles were pushed back, she didn’t remove any of the old skin or whatever it is , nothing! (I was told at the end you must ASK for that, in the past it was always included so I thought that was odd) She did my nails pretty quick and I’m tbh I loved how she shaped them, but that’s about it. It has been not even a whole week (I got them done 2/26/25) a Wednesday today is Monday smh and almost all of my gems have fallen off and the nail paint also looks old like I’ve had it on there for weeks. I’m very disappointed in my experience here especially with how much I paid for a very simple design which I will post photos of at the end of this to show everyone. In the end I was charged $87 and I also ripped because I’m a good person. But I don’t think I’ll ever return. I reached out to a few other nail artist who work in their home and was definitely told I was overcharged for what I got done especially with the lack of nail care I didn’t receive in the beginning. Moving forward I’ll be going with the in home techs who take their time and for $87 I could have gotten so much more done. I also had another customer tell me if you want good nails done there, the guy that sits in the front by the desk he is pretty great but is always booked and busy.

2 /5 Susanna B: The lady didnt push back my cuticles for a manicure and gel nail and the gel started coming off 2 days later. What a waste of money! I dont think Ill be going back here. She was nice her name was Tracy but she didnt listen to me when I asked her to push back my cuticles all the way...if someone spends that much, do a good job at least. :(

3 /5 Shay Thomas: I did not have an enjoyable experience here while receiving an acrylic nail set. I don’t get my nails done very often but when I do, I am pretty sure that basic nail care is involved. My technician did not even clean underneath my natural nails, get rid of any hang nails, pushback cuticles, clip cuticles or anything. He just slapped/glued on the tips and slathered acrylic over my nails. I decided not to go with the original design that I wanted because I was not happy with the service I was receiving so I just got plain nails and although the acrylic on the nails is pretty because I like the color my actual nails look crazy because the cuticle areas were not serviced at all which I’d expected. I will say he did say I could get nail care if I asked, but by the time he said that he had already started doing the tips on my nails. The pedicure was a pleasant experience.

1 /5 Brittany Santiago: Usually I don’t do this. Specially to an establishment that I usually go to and swear by. But these last 2 times I have been here I’ve been disappointed and unsatisfied. I came in for a pedi and a builder gel fill. And was helped by the same person I had been helped by before. My pedicure was ok after multiple times of asking to do certain things. But what really discouraged me from coming back. Was that my nail techs customer skills werent fully there. I asked him for almond french and changed my mind for the color. He lacked communication and when I would ask for recommendation he we would just look at me and ignore me. Now I know sometimes there is language barriers but this wasn’t the case because he spoke in English To me. I made several attempts to have a conversation and again was shut down almost making me feel dumb sitting there. It was to the point that I didn’t want to ask to change the color because I didn’t like it. Because i figured he would be irritated all in all I believe they need to improve in their customer service skills and communication with the client also I was charged for a builder gel fill $70 which seemed a bit much for a fill. But I don’t do it to bash the establishment but to encourage them to do a better job next time.
