1 /5 Cali: Extremely Disappointed Waste of Time and Money I brought my vehicle into Lpez Auto Repair with two clear issues: an exhaust leak caused by a stripped hole in the flange, and a non-working A/C system for which I had already purchased a new clutch and compressor. I explained everything in detail and was quoted $350 which felt high just for the exhaust issue, but I was willing to go forward because I needed the A/C fixed. Unfortunately, the experience was a complete letdown. For $165, all that was done was the installation of one bolt and the exhaust issue remains unresolved. Instead of repairing the stripped hole as I asked (either by drilling it out or re-threading), I was simply told what I already knew: the flange hole was stripped. Worse yet, the A/C clutch and compressor I provided were never even installed. No progress, no repair just the same diagnosis I had already given them when I dropped the car off. Yet I was still charged. This shop did the bare minimum and charged me for it. I left with the same problems I came in with and $165 lighter. I understand labor costs, but this was not labor. This felt like taking advantage of a customer who was upfront and desperate for working A/C. I won’t be returning, and I can’t recommend this place to anyone looking for honest or thorough automotive service.

5 /5 Raya JG: I have been a customer of L & T for four years now. I called in on a Wednesday because my 2015 Kia Optima was involved in a failed vehicle theft. My car door key port was taken apart, so was my steering wheel, and the ignition was mangled. I had no idea what to do at the moment, but I remembered calling L&T and they said they could help me as soon as I could get my car in their shop. I got my car towed to their shop Friday afternoon and they fixed my car by next Wednesday. I picked up my car good as new, steering wheel smooth as ever, and they had extra keys made for me too! They are the small business that does the MOST for their clients! They give AMAZING service and go out of their way to get the parts needed for your vehicle. They provide thorough, quality work thats relatively quick, competitively priced, and have a group of honest team of people who take pride in helping you out. I definitely recommend calling them FIRST for engine, maintenance and other vehicle service they provide. L&T is definitely my trusted place for anything Auto Repair! (Ive attached the damage to my vehicle that they repaired)

5 /5 Maria Agredano: Great place awesome mechanics and reasonable prices. I came to get an oil change and right when I pulled up and opened my hood Jose let me know I had a busted hose, he right away showed me what and where and asked if I would like to get it done, that as well he gave me a great price! Usually other places won’t even touch my vehicle until you pay an outrageous price just to look at the vehicle so that was nice of him VERY GREAT MAN! He also has 2 other people here working with him and they were GREAT as well! I will definitely be bringing my vehicles here from now on!

5 /5 William Bray: Jose is an honest mechanic and he raised his sons right as well. The whole family here are awesome honest hardworking fellows. This shop is a shop for life as long as its open for business and praying and hoping they keep the shop open for the rest of my lifetime. I always leave satisfied. I trust Jose and his sons with my familys car. I know that if I sent my wife to get something done she would be treated with the same respect I am, and you cant say that about almost any shops these days. They are fair and honest. They take their time, and the job is done right the first time. The labor is not stealership prices, but it aint dirt cheap either it is fair, and thats what you want as good labor isnt cheap, and cheap labor isnt good. When other shops would have lied to me and said yes you definitely need a transmission rebuild Joses shop didnt they were honest and calmed me down as I was super nervous about a potential 3000 dollar rebuild turned out it was a pulley and the fix was fast fair priced and alleviated all my worries. Most non good shops out there nowadays would have told me to fix the transmission anyway. Jose and his family and staff educate you and walk you step by step on what is wrong and how it is going to be fixed and was fixed. I could go on and on but Im going to cut it short and just say get your butt down to Joses if you have car problems you wont be disappointed and most importantly you wont have future headaches down the road they fix it right the first time and thats whats important.
