Stephanie Bokor We were on a trip and our car started shaking severely when using the brakes. We stopped in and spoke with Charles. He was so kind and understanding. He was able to get the car diagnosed. What we thought was just a brake problem turned out to be an engine mount going bad. Charles was so honest and told us not to keep going South (we had 9 more hrs of travel). He also told me not to put any more money into my vehicle as its on end of life. I have never had a more honest mechanic in my life. Chris, the guy at the front counter was also great. I truly wish these guys lived near us so. We could use them again. Thank you Charles and Chris. You definitely made our trip a smooth one going home.

All the office staff and mechanics were helpful, knowledgeable and more than pleasant to work with! I had the front end of my truck rebuilt and a lift kit installed including heavy duty parts! Kevin did phenomenal suggesting what parts to use and how to correct my issues. Kevin’s attention to every detail and professional work has my truck driving like new again. Tammy Ballard Dave the owner was very helpful. My check engine light came on. I took my car to a mechanic up the street he said it was the turborcharger and the repair cost would be between 1600 to 2000 another place quoted me 3000 t0 5000. I took it to Autmotive service center where they first made sure that was the problem once they concluded it was the cost to replace it was under 1200. The service was excellent Iwill definitely take my car back there for any future problems. I highly recommend them and would like to say thank you to for all time you spent on my car

Bobby Graham Sal was absolutely amazing. I let a friend of mine work on my car and they messed it up pretty badly. After letting it sit for nine months I brought my car in to Sal with just a box of bolts, and only knew I needed a new alternator for it. He took the time to be comprehensive, and you could absolutely tell he knew what he was doing. He was very patient and explained what was going on every step of the way. Furthermore he is a genuinely nice and honest fellow who loves helping people. It ended up being a bit more work than I had expected, but he figured out why the car wouldnt start and I was on the road the next day. I cannot stress enough that this man is a very very good mechanic, and a good person in general. I will definitely be bringing my car to him for any service from now on.

Kevin Keyser Was on the way to Grass Valley from Portland when I heard a loud pop and lost quite a bit of power in my engine. I was worried, it being a Saturday, that we would end up being stuck in Redding for a few days until the right parts and people were available. Chuy had my problems diagnosed and fixed in about an hour and a half. He also took the time to explain how and why things went wrong and what to look out for. No BS, just great customer service and quality work. As someone who was born and raised on the east coast I appreciated Chuys honesty and straightforward approach. Ben Arntson I have done business with this family and their business for the better part of 2 decades and change. They care about their customers and are very involved in the community. Their estimates are honest, repairs are thorough and there is always a warm smile at the door. Some mechanics recommend things good for their wallet, these folks recommend only what you need to help your Honda run longer. They have helped keep my 94 civic clear 400k miles and just keep running, as well as nearly 250k miles on my 05 Accord.

Andrew I am so glad that I was referred to Stephen. He is the most honest mechanic I have ever worked with. In the past mechanics have charged me for extra labor or parts that were not needed and he did not do this with me. His communication is awesome and he is very trustworthy.
