Tom Kempf Just had my 2009 Mini Cooper repaired here and had an excellent experience. I called and talked to Jason, who was very professional. He was knowledgeable, helpful, easy to talk to. He gave me all the information. I needed, and said I could come in same day and they would diagnose it in a few hours. Well, indeed they did ( a spark plug wire had gone bad) and in the course of the service they kept me informed and called to authorize service at every step. They had it done the next morning when the parts came in, which was as good as one could ask. As to the poster who said not to go here, dont listen to him. I almost did, but when I called and talked to Jason it was clear he knew what he was talking about. The service was excellent in all respects, and the price was reasonable for what they did.

Nathan Hammack I got into a minor fender bender and I travel out of my state with my own vehicle, my insurance recommended Mikes Auto Body and Im glad they did. My vehicle looks, sounds, & performs better I believe after the repairs. My insurance may have dragged their feet a bit, but Mikes certainly didnt. Once they had everything from my insurance, the job was quick and they were all wonderful to work with (even during the lingering COVID pandemic). If I or a family/friend gets into fender bender, I know who Im going to call next time. Thanks for the repairs & a job well done!

Michael Kobayashi After botching-up a DIY paint job on my side fenders, I was looking for a savior to correct the problem and thereafter install them. Hillcrest Auto Lounge matched the paint perfectly and install the fenders to my liking. It was touch and go for a minute because the parts were aftermarket; and every car enthusiast knows that it can sometimes be a challenge with the fitment.
