c hernandez Mary is so incredibly talented!!! She has cut and styled my hair for years and always makes me look like a million bucks. She also gives the most amazing pumpkin extract facials. While the mask is setting she even massages my arms and hands. She always goes the extra mile and ensures that you go away feeling you have had an amazing spa day!

alec meyn I love Lumi nail studio! I drive 1 hour to come to crystal her work is so amazing. I’ve been coming with my sister for about 2 years now and I believe once you try Lumi once you will never wanna go anywhere else.

Jenny Garcia Moved to Pasadena two years ago, and after having the same nail technician for 20 years, finding my new go-to was a challenge. I went through countless nail salons in the area, but within 20 minutes of my first appointment with Nikki, I knew she was the one! She’s incredibly talented, pays close attention to detail, and actually listens to all of my personal requests—something that’s hard to find. On top of that, she’s super kind and funny, which makes every appointment enjoyable. I’ve been loyal to her ever since, and as long as I’m in Pasadena, she’s the only person I’ll trust with my nails. If you’re looking for someone who truly knows what they’re doing and makes the whole experience great, Nikki is it!

Stephany Moreno I have been doing manicure and pedicure at this nail salon for a year and I have tried different manicurists and Sun is one of the best doing pedicures. She takes her time, cleans your cuticle very well, and if you have an ingrown toenail, she does everything possible to make sure you are pain-free. The owner Jenny is very nice and kind. The place is clean and the location it’s great, easy to find parking spot.

Lisowski Liz I could never say enough good things about Summer Beauty, Summer the owner, and my lash tech Lucky. I have been going to Summer beauty for a while. This was after trying 5 different lash places in Pasadena. I have also received other services like a manicure and pedicure from one of the nail techs. From the very beginning Summer has treated me like a family member. Everyone in the salon is welcoming and is very communicative. I currently work as a chef for some of the top restaurants and catering events in LA. I can’t put on mascara because the heat of the stove will melt it away. I also get photographed constantly. Lucky- my lash tech makes me look beautiful while still being able to work hard in the kitchen. One time I even burned my eyelashes off and Summer got me in to have them fixed the very next day. The reason why I went to Summer was because I was experiencing irritation, inconsistent results, and sometimes over the top work at all the other places I went to. This place listens to you. Also- my optometrist said that I had some of the cleanest lashes she’s ever seen and she doesn’t usually condone false eye lashes but mine are the exception. Honestly- I can’t even tell they are there. I don’t trust anyone to do my lashes at this point except Lucky. Summer is also always telling me about new products and was so willing to do my rainbow lashes for my burning man 10 year wedding vow renewal. Lastly- the massages at the end of service are everything- especially for a chef on her feet 10 plus hours a day! Don’t hesitate- Give Summer Beauty a call!

Karina Montilla Great place for Mani-Pedi! Came in with my daughters and they were able to take care of all of us. Super clean and very friendly staff. Everyone is super talented when it comes to nails.

Shannon Gatewood Very friendly staff and good work. They are very accommodating to walks-Ins. Two times I’ve come in for a last minute appt and they were able to fit me in.

Krista Woods I’ve really enjoyed coming here. You can walk in any time in the afternoon. $37 for a mani/pedi is good in my book. They are clean, and are very detailed in making my nails look good. I like Vivian, and feel she is warm and friendly and professional. Also, the polish doesn’t flake early, like many other places I’ve been.

Melissa Ng The service here is AMAZING! I had my nails done the Friday earlier (10/14) and although the technician did a pretty good job, I was being particularly picky since I was having my nails done for my upcoming wedding (10/22). I called to reschedule and was willing to pay to just have it redone and Rainnie did an amazing job and only charged me for the additional overlay / polish. She took such great care of me and I cannot tell you how much I appreciated being taken care of as I prepared for my special day.

Jen Pino Always so impressed by the way my nails turn out at this salon. Its a wonderful and comfortable experience and I always get exactly what I ask for, if not more. I needed nails to match a logo for my business competition and they came through. These are gel x nails and I have already received so many compliments on them.
