Barbara They always do a great job. I get a pedicure with polish. There have been a few times I have had an ingrown toe nail and they have been able to remove the ingrown part. They also do a nice job with my manicure. They are always friendly.

Karla OConnor Nam did such a great job with my Wednesday Addams Halloween nails!! Was so detailed oriented and got the spider, moon, and ghosts on point. This is my regular nail spa and they never disappoint in customer service. They quote you right away and I leave really satisfied. I highly recommend Nam for his efficiency and detail in nails. Again this nail spa is awesome! -Karla

Finn Yalif Service was amazing. I’ve worked with Daisy three times now and every time she has done so well. The designs are stunning. I did gel x refills twice and builder gel once. Absolutely amazing.

Lisa Gonzalez Im obsessed with my nails!! I finally found a place where I am completely satisfied. I will not lie it is a little pricey i paid $165 without tip for my full set and pedicure but i feel like it was worth it. Will definitely come again. They were busy so i was there for awhile im sure that is preventable.

Minda Newhouse The gel lab is my new happy place. Their customer service is unmatched. I broke my foot and they literally helped me get in out of the salon and moved my car for me. With my nails I never dreamed I could have had this much growth and happy nail beds but they mad it happen (this after 3 appointments with gel builder). But more than anything I love the community, the sisterhood, the laughs, and general vibes. If you live in the Bay Area you are dumb if you go anywhere else.

Melissa Meyer Excellent service. Clean with a friendly vibe. Highly recommend. I prefer my nails short and natural. They did a great job and did not try to sell me anything I didn’t want. They did a great job on my feet and toes, nice calf & foot massage. Would return for sure.

Frankie C service is very quick and friendly! I love that you can do walkins or appointments. Staff and diligent and friendly. The place is pretty spacious and clean. I had a terrible manicure once and thought I’d never get one again but Linda and her staff made me feel comfortable enough to want to try again and the nail shape came out perfect, cuticles neat and clean and best of all they didn’t make me bleed (which is what I was worried about). This is my second time back and will be back again, would definitely recommend if you’re in the area and the prices are very reasonable!

Natalie Luu JJ is a new nail salon that has become my go-to in San Mateo. I love that they give a complimentary foot hot wax soak and calf massage for pedicures, and forearm and hand massage for manicures.
