5 /5 Eliabeth Sutton: During the holidays I entered a drawing and actually won I was so shocked, and so happy I got a great stock pot I can’t wait to use. I’ve been coming to Lavender nails for 10plus years now, when they were on the other side of the parking lot, and I recommend everyone to them, my best friend drives from Auburn to come to them. The staff is so friendly and great it’s like an additional family we talk, laugh and catch up I will ALWAYS go to Lavender very thankful to have a great place that does a good job and i am comfortable at.

They do a fantastic job: very clean and they use liners for the foot bath, comfortable massage chairs, great polish selection and offerings, great prices for what you’re getting. It doesn’t matter who I get they’re always great. They also work to make improvements and investments over time- they recently upgraded their manicure chairs! No complaints and I plan to keep coming back for another 10 years!

1 /5 Shahad Beauty: Finally had time to share this,,I was very unsatisfied with this service the one did my nails wasn’t listening to me when I told her the nails she is doing uneven and not straight and even the sides too thick and not nice some of the nails more to left side some to the right also it is so harmful the staff was used for me first time this happened to my nails I paid $75 or $70 it’s very unfair I wish I can give 0 star.

1 /5 sadaf habib: It’s been long time I go to Lavender nail spa for my nails they have been very good I normally do my nails with Andy he works great! But whenever he is not in the salon others are more of in a hurry to just get done with one customer to work with the other customer, no matter how busy they are they try to accept more customers but they don’t care about the quality of their work which is getting worse. Today I called them for an appointment at 12 and told them that I need the appointment to be at 12 so that I would be done in 30 to 40 minutes they said yes, but when I went there I waited till 12:20 but they were busy and they were still accepting walk-in customers so I had to leave because I just had less time and I already let them know but no one cared! I am really disappointed
