michelle kosmosky Got in right away as a walk-in. The nail tech I had was really good and the leg massage was amazing and the pedi itself looked great... the only thing that ruined the experience was rudeness of the woman sitting behind the reception desk when I went to pay for the service. When I asked if it was X amount to clarify the dollar amount for service, she snapped "yeah" almost like she was put out...I teach high school freshmen and many of them have more respect than what I was shown. I will be back because the season is clean, and the techs do their jobs well, but lady, your reception and customer service need improvement 10/18/24 UPDATE: Had another fantastic pedi and no one at the front desk to give attitude-transaction was handled by my nail tech-wish I had gotten this name!

S D I landed at Fresnos airport and had two hours to kill before the next train to Merced so I decided to get my nails done at "The Little Nail Shop" while I waited. These ladies are great at what they do and their customer service is top-notch, they will make you feel at home. They even offered me something to drink while I got a pedicure, I mean not many places do that. Now, dont get crazy margaritas are not on the menu lol but you cant got wrong with a nice refreshing juice or bottle of water. The place is clean, comfy and welcoming. They also have a ton of colors to choose from. Highly recommended if youre in the area. Thanks ladies for the great customer service!

Debbie Goodman I got my “going back to school“ pedicure yesterday. My practitioners name was Yasmin. Very nice, very personable. And she did a great job. I also tried a new color that I really like! It’s sort of a hot pink with a shimmer. The owner is very friendly and makes me want to come back. This place is located just north of the high school where I work. They also offer discounts the month of your birthday if you get on their emailing list.

Shay Johnson Wonderful service! They were able to squeeze me in since I was there right when they opened at 9 and they had a cancellation. Loved my gel mani Pedi (around $80, I think) and both people who worked on my hands and feet were kind and patient. I have ticklish feet and so pedis are a bit of a struggle for me with the callous remover but the lady was very nice about it and worked quickly. Will definitely go back. Pull out cash before hand since there isnt an ATM inside and you can avoid the 3% service fee that comes with paying by card.
