1 /5 Melissa P: I had to review my disappointing haircut and stylist. I came in for a consultation and it seemed like Grace heard what I wanted. She explained what I wanted correctly after describing what I was looking for, particularly with my bangs.
I had to come in a second time because only after 2 weeks, my hair felt fully grown out and lost the structure. When I came in the second time, again I explained what was happening and again emphasized the style, length and thickness of how I wanted my bangs, more specifically. I had grown it out for months and she knew I was growing it out.
NOW, my bangs are effing short (shorter than when I came in the first and second time). It has no movement and its much more thicker, wider and has no structure to it. What made it thicker is she added more bangs higher back. I told her I wanted my ends to be wispier. How does it end up shorter and thicker??!! Now I have to start over which will take months again.
When I seek out a new stylist or any, I explain what I want AND I show them pictures which I did with Grace. Now, Im left with opposite of what I thought she understood and what I wanted. I sent her message and no response.
