Adrian Ponce I called to make an Appointment, the stuff was super efficient and helpful, they were able to accommodate me for the same day, I was pretty happy about that, Place was very clean everyone was friendly and they did a fantastic job, I Wish my foot massage was a bit longer but other than that Great Experience.

Shallyn Perry I love this place. Im shocked at the negative reviews they have received. I switched to this nail shop after going to the same nail lady for over 20 years. The staff is friendly. The shop is clean and calm. They play relaxing music, have nice lighting and also take special care with my daughter who is pregnant, making sure she is comfortable even providing her and myself with pillows for our backs. They have a very large assortment of colors to choose from. I literally go here every other weekend with my two daughters for manicures and pedicures. Yes we have all been knicked here and there by files, cuticle cutters, etc but you will literally get that anywhere at some point. They do not make it a habit and I have seen nothing but care put into our experience.

Susan Gray I had a fill done today with Koi, and he was very quick, and nice and friendly! I was so happy with the work he did. I left feeling super satisfied, I love my nails!! Will definitely be returning.

Adriana Berndt I LOVE THIS PLACE! MY FOREVER NAIL SALON NOW! I used to go to lavender nails in lakecrest village and was a patron for years. During my pregnancy (6 years ago) and ever since I loved doing my nails as my only self care thing. Lavender just never gave me good service..I always had to wait long and had ppl get served before me as Im already sat. Or my 5 year old wants her nails done and I explain we want to sit next to each other and go same time..this was the kicker. They sat my daughter so far away and served and sat ppl for 20 mins before ever touching her hands and feet. I know shes a child but shes a paying customer who wants a little experience you know!? A little pamper. Shes a sweet patient kid too it just sealed the deal I need new service. Hollywood nails got us right in! No wait! Mai was amazing to me and my kiddo just such a sweet lady. We sat next to each other and she got her mani while mama did and some chit chat. She loved it! The prices are better too! I recommend making an appointment they always have availability and its just more streamlined with an appt. I have been going back religiously every 2 weeks and Mai is the best we well as the gal with long hair who sits next to her. She always chats with my kiddo and makes her feel special. Eliabeth Sutton During the holidays I entered a drawing and actually won I was so shocked, and so happy I got a great stock pot I can’t wait to use. I’ve been coming to Lavender nails for 10plus years now, when they were on the other side of the parking lot, and I recommend everyone to them, my best friend drives from Auburn to come to them. The staff is so friendly and great it’s like an additional family we talk, laugh and catch up I will ALWAYS go to Lavender very thankful to have a great place that does a good job and i am comfortable at.

Melitta Kauppinen I have been going to Nefeli Nail Salon since they opened in 2017. Since 2022, I have gone every three weeks for dip manicures with my best friends. I have never been unhappy with my nails as the ladies listen and do great work and never rush; they make sure we are happy with the product. When I get pedicures, I get great massage and am always happy with the outcome. I generally get dip manicures (with gel design) and gel pedicures. The pricing is comprable to any salon and the quality makes the price worth it. They are always accommodating to my schedule and will work to fit us in. My grandfather foes in for a mens manicure every few weeks and is happy with the results. I recommend Nefeli to everyone. The pictures attached are all my (and a few of my friends and moms) sets over the last year. All sets are done on my real nail - I never have tips unless I have a breakage.

Cindy Tang Came in with my family for a spa day and came out feeling and looking great! Technicians are friendly and highly skilled at what they do. I wasn’t sure what nail design I wanted, so I got an acrylic French tip like they recommended and it was definitely the right choice! Will definitely be coming back. :)
